I only need a small space as a solo artist, but will need to negotiate if you want a duo, three or four piece.
I can provide sound equipment.
It helps me to know the right place to load in my equipment and information about parking. I also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.
I can provide a curated Spotify/DJ service between sets of on-brand music.
The biggest venue was probably the Octagon Centre in Sheffield, but the most fun was probably the double header in Amsterdam with the nine-piece party band.
Hard to blame one person. Let's try Gram Parsons. He's my favourite. My fave song of his is A Song For You, and this may be the greatest song of all time, but there's some pretty tough competition. I personally love Six Days On the Road too.
I put together a band for my school leaver's do in 1996, and then got one another together in 1999. I started live gigging at The Boardwalk in Sheffield when my band were headlining there. I've put together a few bands since then.
I've played my fair share of weddings and funerals. Celebrations of any kind are probably the best, but it's also been an honour to play in memorial of someone who loved the same kind of music.
I can set up in a hour. I can perform two sets of around 45 -60 mins.
Yes.
I may be willing to learn a song if it is classic country/blues. I'm afraid I'm not much of a fan of modern music, and if I don't like it, I can't memorise it.
Upbeat, joyous, happy music.
