Tim was absolutely brilliant and made my birthday party! So good with my wanna be star of a granddaughter too!

I had booked a guitarist for an evening of my sister's hen weekend but unfortunately they needed to cancel on the morning of (cue my panic!!) - Tim saved the day by taking on my very last minute booking!! We had the best couple of hours singing & dancing along with him. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again! Thank you so much Tim.

Tim performed for my 30th birthday party at my local pub in a private room and he was just brilliant. Incredibly talented, can sing so many hits and guaranteed to get the crowd dancing. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend.

We wanted a musician as a surprise for a garden party held on the day after our daughter’s wedding.
What a find! Not only was he a brilliant singer and guitar player but he listened to the bride and groom’s choice of music and read the mood of the party superbly.

We have seen Tim play at the Master Builders, Beaulieu and also booked him to play at a private launch event. Tim has a fantastic sing-along-able repertoire which creates a really happy, fun atmosphere and he embraces my song requests :) He has a very professional set up as far as sound system, lights etc. He is the first person I’d call when looking to book music for events! We contacted Tim last minute as we had been let down by another performed. He called within an hour and was extremely accommodating, doing our event meant he was doing 2 gigs back to back. Great voice and song choices. A savour! Thank you Tim! Highly recommend.

Tim was a fantastic addition to our family Christmas celebrations at the Kings, Christchurch.
He payed some great music that everyone from 2 years to 93 years enjoyed. We even got my 93 year old Mum up and bopping!
He was very accommodating to a guest who wanted to sing and had a fantastic attitude from booking to attending and playing.
His attending our event made it a truly special occasion that everyone loved.
We will definitely recommend Tim and use him again.

We booked Tim Young to play 4 sets at our wedding throughout the day. Before we booked we watched him at a pub to see what we thought an decided after song 2 he was the singer guitarist we wanted at our wedding.
Before the event Tim sent us a list of 300 songs that he could play and we chose everything we wanted.
On the day he was punctual an set up before required, he was as expected and we were so pleased with his performance throughout the afternoon and evening. We were amazed at how many of our guests made specific mention to how good Tim was on the day.
We would recommend Tim for their wedding as a great addition to accompany the day.

We hired Tim for a small family celebration and he was just perfect. He has an amazing repertoire of over 500 songs and we were able to pick out all our favourites in advance. His voice and guitar playing is simply excellent and so much better that someone singing along to a backing track. He was punctual and a really nice guy too. Will definitely book Tim again and would highly recommend him.

We asked Tim to play at my son’s party in Brockenhurst and he was brilliant. The choice of songs was attractive to all ages and they really set a party mood and got people on the dance floor.
He played happy birthday when the cake came out and we all sang along.

I hired Tim for a private proposal event at durdledoor and I must say that it was the best choice that I made in hiring a professional like Tim. He is a fabulous singer and a guitarist and he made the whole session very memorable.

Tim immediately responded to my booking, we chatted about the music the venue and the function I was planning. He came along and did a fantastic set for us. The members at the golf club really enjoyed his music and easy listening.. Tim was an excellent choice for what we needed and hopefully we will book him again.

Tim is an amazing singer. He played for my 30th and we all had a great night. He played loads of requests and managed to keep everyone happy. He played some Beautiful South for my Mum, and some David Gray for my sister. By the end of the night we were all up dancing and singing along and even joined him on the stage at the end!

Tim played for a surprise 30th party for my husband. He was really easy to communicate with about the arrangements. My whole family enjoyed the afternoon, and his music created a really good atmosphere. By the end we were all singing along and he played a Michael Jackson request for my brother which he really appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a singer for their party!

Having seen Tim play a few times in our local pub seeing how well he could read the room I was keen to book him for my mother’s birthday party.
Tim changed his tempo to meet that of the garden party for the birthday celebrations.
Tim played in the background whilst people arrived and were eating. After he was happy with taking requests and the guests were singing and dancing along.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim for all manner of parties. He is easy to book, reliable and punctual. He can read the room knowing how and when to change the atmosphere. He certainly brought our party to life.

I was looking for music for my 50th party which was at a venue with a terrace and, being June, we expected the weather to mean guests were in and out. We wanted people to dance but we’re not sure a full band or DJ would work well in the venue. I saw Tim on Instagram and he seems ideal. He was a pleasure to deal with and on the bight turned up on queue sorted himself out the ideal location and got going. He’s a great guitarist and singer with a very wide ranging set list. What worked really well is how he adapted the music to the evening as it developed - it naturally eased people into coming inside over the first half of the set and had everyone dancing and really enjoying themselves by the end. One of our friends is a great singer and he was really great and sorting out a mike and appropriate song for her which was a great way to end the evening. He’s a really nice guy who is extremely easy to deal with, his music is top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Tim played for our wedding reception this summer and was absolutely brilliant. He has a great song range so there was something for everyone - and of course knows all the party classics to get people singing along! Was really friendly and happy to interact with our guests, taking requests and making sure everyone was having a good time. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Tim for your events. He played at our garden party for my 40th Birthday and everyone loved him! Tim came to play at our joint 18/44th birthday party at the house. He had minimal space but found a way to fit and went above and beyond to accommodate our musical requests.
My living room became a dance floor/ nightclub and was packed with love ones for hours with non stop dancing.

Tim played at our 30th wedding anniversary party that we had at home last year. We had heard him at a party we had been to and really liked his voice and the atmosphere he created. The choice of songs he played worked so well with the guests we had and the interaction with everyone was great too. He also played our wedding song which made our night extra special.

Tim played at my daughters wedding last July and was excellent. He played outside on the grass and we were all up dancing. I left the set selection up to him and what he played was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We have used Tim for a large number of social events for both corporate clients and our own friends and family. He never fails to get the party going with his ability to play the classics as well as the more obscure requests we inevitably give him.

From intimate acoustic gigs to large functions at geat volume, he’s done them all and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Tim Young played at my home for my 50th birthday. Over 4 hours later and almost 70 songs Tim was incredible. Tim played all the songs I requested and more. Tim played at our wedding, after the wedding breakfast and before the disco began. We chose Tim because he has an extensive range of songs in his playlist, and also I'd heard him playing live at a local pub previously. Tim learnt a couple of specific older songs for my wife's parents and performed them on our special day. He has a great voice and really gels with the audience. We would definitely consider using Tim again for other special occasions.

Cannot recommend enough, fantastic musician/singer! More than accommodating with requests & has such a varied repertoire of songs! To say that each time we visit Dorset we look where he is playing, is recommendation enough ! And he supports Palace which is a bonus for me ?
