The best band ever!

We absolutely loved having The Will Blake Band at our wedding. They were one of the absolute highlights of the day! every said they were amazing! Will’s beautiful red piano immediately catches your eye, and the energy and professionalism of the whole band was incredible. The female vocalists looked fantastic in their gold glittery dresses, and the guys had subtle touches of gold too - they all looked polished, fun, and ready to put on a show.

We opted for the six-piece band! During dinner, Will played the piano beautifully, it felt like we were in a classy, fun jazz bar with low lights and great music. Guests at the table next to him kept giving requests, and honestly, Will is like a human jukebox.

During the drinks reception, the saxophone performance was fantastic, and before dinner, Will had everyone up on their feet for our entrance song. We trusted him to choose the perfect track, and he nailed it, it couldn’t have been better.
Their performance exceeded all expectations. They don’t just play the songs they perform them and Will on the piano is the star of the show. Their customer service was brilliant, their professionalism was spot-on, and the energy and talent they brought to the stage was perfect.

If you’re considering booking them for your wedding or any party, do it, you will not regret it. Everyone was on the dance floor all night - a really great mix of songs and you can let Will know if you have any specific ones for your big day. Thank you so much to Will and the whole band for making our day so special. Absolutely AWESOME. 10 Stars!!!!

Will Blake Band were great for our wedding, they were professional, fun and got everyone dancing on the dance floor. Nothing was too much for them and we are so glad we booked them. Will was absolutely out of this world! He learned songs to play me down the aisle and he brought a tear to everyone’s eye, it was so special and so brilliantly performed. He couldn’t do enough for us. The trio played in the evening every single person was up dancing he performed our first dance perfectly. They had the dance floor full all evening. Absolutely fantastic variety of songs(l, they played something for everyone. All 3 are excellent showmen and incredibly talented musicians. I really can’t thank Will and his band enough for making our day that extra bit special.

Will & Alex provided an excellent play list to enable our party to get off to a great start for all the ages.
They were very professional in there approach to the day but joined in to make it a family affair on the night.
The feed back from the guests was very positive and we wouldn't hesitate to book them again for our next party

We will send a proper thank you when we get back from honeymoon, but we didn’t want to leave it too long to say a quick thank you to you and all the band for Saturday. You guys were fantastic and we really had the best time dancing! Harry said the pre-ceremony music was fab (wish I could have heard it!), our first dance was perfect, and we also loved the surprise rapping from the saxophonist! Hopefully the fact the dance floor was full all evening says it all!

If it’s ok, would you mind sending me your address when you can? Would it also be ok if we have a copy of the set list you used on the evening?

Hi Will,

Now that we are back from Honeymoon, we really wanted to send you an email, just to say a big thank you to you and the band for being such an enjoyable and big part of our wedding day.

We loved the music, it was exactly what we were looking for and have had great feedback from other guests. During the party there was a nice mix of songs to suit all ages that you get at a wedding. The quality of the music was excellent throughout (well except for those drunk idiots destroying Delilah at the end) and most of all it helped to create the good fun atmosphere that we were looking for.

A special mention also for the first dance......we have not seen the video of it yet, but I remember thinking in the moment how wonderful it sounded and how good it was to have a quality live band playing for the first dance! A special mention to you for the wonderful Piano on this and of course to the female singer (sorry we did not get her name) who was delightful.

We also wanted to mention your solo spot during dinner. Again, a great selection of songs that helped to support the ambience of the occasion and what else can I say, but just top quality. Thanks also for letting us use your mics for the speeches....sorry they overran so much.

So in summary, it is just a massive thank you to you and your band, we are delighted that we had you all performing at the wedding......its amazing what you can find on a night out in Bristol!! :)

I have been meaning to do this for ages, but honeymoon, moving house and Christmas have all been crazy.

Jen and I just wanted to say thank you so much for your performance at our wedding a couple of months ago. You guys were absolutely fantastic, and one of only two things that every single person I have spoken to since the wedding has commented favourably upon (the other being the bride!). Neither of us are dancers, so we were always going to do a lot more sitting than dancing, but I know our friends and family (including even my parents!) had an awesome time on the dancefloor.

Is there anything we can do to help you guys? Anywhere we can leave a positive review or provide a quote for you to use in your advertising?

We really cannot thank you enough for the fabulous music that you and your band provided for our wedding in Great Durnford on the 28th of June 2014.

Both your solo set and the performance of the 9 piece band were delivered with such enthusiasm and professionalism. Our guests never left the dance floor! We so appreciated the little touches - your perfect compering -the brass section joining us on the dance floor - an ever adapting set list - and many more.

We would absolutely reccomend you and very much hope to see another performance of the band very soon!

We recently requested Wills services for our wedding, we originally asked for his trio and then beefed it up with an additional two musicians, the results blew everybody away, Will and his band are without a shadow of a doubt the best at what they do, myself and my now wife absolutely love live music, not having a live band perform at our wedding was never going to be an option, not only did Will and his band surpass every expectation we had they also turned it up to eleven, the dance floor was never empty from the second they started playing to the very end of the night.

Gentlemen, thank you so much for making our special day even more amazing, you are pros and masters of your craft and if ever asked to recommend a band for such an event you can count on being the first on my list.
