There are not enough superlatives to describe the performance that it was Elaine's and myself witnessed on the 4/4/2026 at the Soldiers , Hednesford.
You were oh what can i say that described your performance. Sorry i cant. There are rumours abound that you are going to be booked for a repeat performance.

THE BAND WERE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD ,GREAT MUSICIANS,PLEASANT THROUGHOUT. THEY EVEN ADJUSTED THEIR TYPE OF DANCE TO ACCOMODATE THE MANY PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOVEMENT DUE TO THEIR PARKINSONS. I THINK EVERYONE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD HAD A GREAT AFTERNOON.
COULDN'T HAVE WISHED FOR BETTER. HOPE TO SEE THEM IN THE FUTURE

Several people stopped me and Elaine saying WHAT a GREAT GROUP you are. I cannot thank you enough for your brilliant musicianship?? You really did us and your selves proud .

The band was excellent from start to finish. Excellent prompt communication, and helpful advice regarding the venue and how best to utilise the space. Finally they were not only a great band but they brought the dancing to life with their calling and help with the dances.

Fabulous evening which couldn’t have gone better. Band arrived to set up on plenty of time. They were professional, friendly and left us with magical memories.

Mick and band were excellent. They were very obliging, talented, friendly, flexible and entertaining. The dancing was great, they worked hard to get as many people up to dance as possible and it work.
It was a great night.

The ceilidh band were amazing! Our gala evening was especially for a group of 10 year olds but adults attended too. The caller, Mick, explained the steps clearly for them to follow, and used children and adults to demonstrate so they could follow. The music was lively, loud and energetic and everyone got up to dance! We have booked the band before and I would definitely book the band again. Thank you for making our evening such a great success.

Willow Tree Barn Dance Band provided the music for my husband’s 70th birthday party. We found them to be most professional and organised, arrived in good time and nothing was too much trouble. The music and tuition were top notch. A fantastic evening of jollity and mayhem, with all of our guests young and old saying they had a most enjoyable evening.

We liked Mick and his band whose music was excellent, inspiring an evening of thoroughly enjoyable barn dancing. We would recommend them!

We were looking for a Ceilidh band for our wedding anniversary and we came across the Willow Tree Barn Dance Band, and they were absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend them. All our guests commented on how good they were, and Mick was great in getting everyone up dancing with instructions on the particular routine for each song. We booked with Last Minute Musicians and the whole process was so easy, and Sarah-Jayne was wonderful to work with through the arrangement stages. We would highly recommended them both.

We booked the Willow Tree Barn Dance Band for our wedding anniversary all our guests and ourselves really enjoyed the music, vibe of the band. We requested that we wanted our guests to able to dance, and Mick was absolutely brilliant in organising the routines with clear instructions.
We would give them 10 out of 10 and would highly recommended them.

Thank you so much. The band were excellent, and a fantastic and fitting way to end our Griffin Arts Festival. The band immediately engaged our children and got them up singing and dancing. They were also very willing to fit in with our requirements which we were very grateful for. I would definitely recommend them and hope to book them again for next year. Many thanks again.

Mick and the boys really made the evening of our wedding. The music was brilliant and they tailored the calling and dances for a mixed crowd of ceilidh veterans to first timers.
