Many thanks for the thought and effort that went into making yesterday a great success. There was a good turnout for the service, despite the rain, and it all went very smoothly. People I spoke to really appreciated it, and described it as moving and dignified. I feel that we marked 100 years since the end of WW1 in an appropriate way. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you.
