A review of Pipe Major Billy James

Billy was brilliant. Kept in touch before the wedding to confirm all was to plan. The sounds of the pipes on rutland water was beautiful. Playing outside the church incredible. I would def recommend Billy. He felt like one of the family even before we actually met him. He knew what to play, where to play and cannot recommend him highly enough.
