"Thank you so much to you and your drummer for such a brilliant musical entertainment at our wedding. You pitched the tone, tempo and song choices perfectly throughout and gave our guests (and us) such a perfect soundtrack to the night. I especially appreciate the effort you put into the songs the we requested (our first dance combo and Sunshine On Leith were a huge success!) and that you graciously let the girls take the spotlight for the wedding song performance. In addition, you were brilliant to adapt around the weather situation. I know that wasn’t easy. We loved having you and hope you enjoyed your night too! "Jamie played at our wedding when guests were arriving, during the ceremony and for the drinks reception. I knew of Jamie because he would busk in the town where I went to uni. We would stumble home after nights out and dance in the street to Jamie playing. He would gather crowds of people singing, laughing and dancing. 4 years later I contacted him and asked him to play at the wedding. It was the best decision we made. The ceremony was very emotional and the live piano made it so special and memorable. All our guests loved the music and spoke to us about how great Jamie was after the wedding too! We would recommend him to everybody!! "

"I discovered Gareth through this site as we were looking for a singer for our Mums 80th birthday. Gareth arrived and straight away put us at ease with his confidence. A great singer and knew exactly the right music to play. We couldn't recommend Gareth more. He made my Mums birthday go with a swing! "

"I asked Back2Skool Duo to come & play at my 50th Birthday party. They were amazing, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this band delivered. Plenty of old Skool classics got people on the dance floor. Lots of communication prior to the party to ask my requirements, but to be honest I was happy to let the band do their thing, and they really did their thing! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a band that really knows how to work the room and get people moving. Thanks for adding that extra special touch to my party."

"We booked the very glamorous and talented Sarah Sax for our wedding in February. Everyone is still raving about how fantastic she was , she brought another element to the day and worked so well with the DJ. She's a real crowd pleaser and gets everyone on their feet dancing. She is also so personable she intergrated herself so well in to the day and it felt like we'd known her forever. Definitely worth every penny and will certainly book again for future functions. Thanks Sarah"

"Andy came to play at my daughters wedding at Bedern Hall in York. He was prompt in dealing with all my correspondence and delivered a first class performance. He was very professional to deal with and arrived promptly. He played a variety of tracks and has a lovely tone and voice. I Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a vocalist and guitarist. lots of the guests commented on how much they enjoyed his sets. I would definitely book again. Many thanks for making the day special ."

"We first heard the Songbird String Quartet at a Wedding Fayre and it did not take us long to know that they were perfect for our big day. They gave us some short examples of different styles of music which had a real quality. In the build up to the wedding the quartet were always happy to take any requests for them to arrange, of course they need lead time for this. On the day the quartet arrived and, knowing our intent, set off with playing our programme of music. So taken with them, we booked them for a lot of the day and they were fantastic throughout our ceremony, during the photographs and during the wedding breakfast. Not only did the Songbird String Quartet bring a touch of class to our wedding, they were so supportive of the music we wanted and the occasion - they have a true sense of timing and mood. The quality of their music is stunning - you really can not go wrong booking them for your big day."

"I have never booked a saxophonist before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Mr P went above and beyond to make my birthday party special. Mr P also brought lights with him which adds another level to your party. Great communication beforehand. Everyone loved Mr P. Adds an extra touch to whatever event you are having. You won’t be disappointed!"
