"Summer Samba were just perfect for my event - a lunch time BBQ birthday party in the garden. The whole process from making my booking with TIm to the trio turning up on the day was seamless. The music was expertly played, the singing beautiful and Tim, Ela and Matt were a delight. I'm now trying to think up another event so that I can hire them again! "

"Hi Juan Carlos. Thank you so very much for the wonderful music you played at my party on Saturday. We had lots of comments from people saying how much they enjoyed listening to it and loved the rhythms of the music. It was all so in keeping with my 'Spanish/Latin' theme and it was exactly what I had hoped for for my party. I really enjoyed dancing and so did my little grandson...he always puts on a good show!! I really appreciated your flexibility, as I had to change things to accommodate taking photographs during your break, which I hadn't thought about until someone suggested it on the day, so that we then had the cake and bubbly after you finished. It is such a rarity to get all the family together like that that we couldn't let the opportunity for some group photos pass by! We very much enjoyed meeting you....you are three lovely guys and you made everything so easy for me which was much appreciated as it is stressful organising such an event. I would be very happy to recommend you to anyone thinking of using you as I know they would as delighted as I was. Please give my regards to your band mates and I wish all of you all the very best. "Rory was an excellent addition to our wedding! He is very talented performing on both the saxophone during the drinks reception and on the grand piano throughout dinner! He seamlessly set the tone perfectly!! He acted very professionally setting up in advance discreetly and welcoming the guests into the venue raising the vibe!"

" I booked The Verve jazz duo for my garden party to celebrate my birthday on the 15th of July 2017 after a recommendation from a friend. It was a huge success and we still talk about it to this day. The guys were really professional and friendly but, most importantly, played some wonderful and passionate jazz which made the day very special. Everybody loved it and the guys created the perfect ambiance for the event. The piano and double bass was a surprisingly full sound and the level of musicianship was absolutely top notch throughout. "Tijuca Taxi entertained at my 50th birthday in our large garden. He brought all his equipment and was ready to start straight away. He was a multi-instrumentalist, and I couldn’t believe it when he got out both saxophone and flute. He played beautiful music with a professional, original backing track, I noted, and it was wonderful to have that live element. He also changed costumes half way through which we were quite surprised and amused at; I thought that this really added to the high standard of his professionalism and the variety of what he offered. He was very easy to talk to and I would definitely book him again. Even the neighbours next door asked if the music was live as it sounded so special and they wanted to come and listen."

"We asked Edina to play during our wedding breakfast (22 July) and it was just right. You could tune in or tune out with the conversations round you. She was much appreciated by our guests. I would guess this is the hardest part to play for as no one is stopping to applaud a piece so you just have to keep going but it really made the event having her play there. Highly recommended, thank you Edina."
