"Lakeside booked Starlet Beat on the recommendation of friends who had seen them perform locally. The recommendation was more than justified...these girls are dynamite! They supported our comedy act in style and the audience were up on their feet immediately. Good looks, great musicianship and highly entertaining... ROCK ON GIRLS!"

"I just wanted to say thank you to you and the band for playing at our wedding. From the start of planning our wedding I had said that I really wanted a live band for the evening and choosing W4S was an excellent decision.So many of our guests commented on the fantastic set list and the quality of the live music and we completely agree with them. Thank you for including our requests and above all thank you for playing the Waterboys Whole of the Moon towards the end of the evening - it truly made my Dads day. Actually, Id say year! You and the band made a brilliant contribution to what was an absolutely perfect day for us. We would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family! "We got married at the bandstand on Brighton beach, it was a relatively small affair of 32 guests and the guitar duo of Jason & Piers provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. The style and level of music was ideal to keep guests listening without being intrusive. Being as we were on the bandstand, without wanting to wait for dinner and the rest, my bride and I wanted to grabbed the opportunity to have our first dance in the beautiful setting, and I must say, it was really, really beautiful (- for us at least, and we're looking forward to seeing the photos reflecting it!). Jason was super easy to deal with on the lead-up, which was a breath of fresh air in comparison to some very stressful interactions with other organisers (flowers, reception venue etc). These guys really helped toward making our day absolutely perfect and we couldn't have been happier to have hired them!"

"We wanted to say an enormous thank you for all your music on our wedding day. The acoustic trio created the perfect atmosphere for the drinks reception and the evening band made it a legendary party! Thank you for learning and performing our first dance Concrete & Clay, it really was a dream moment. The dance floor was never quiet and your fantastic set list ensured that everyone was on their feet all night. We heard so many compliments on the day and our guests have not stopped talking about Groove Bus since. We also really appreciated your extended encore. We had the best day ever and did want it to end; but what an ending: spinning around in the middle of a huge circle of our friends and family all belting out Oasis at the top of their lungs!"

"We just wanted to email to thank the guys for being amazing on our wedding day! So many of our guests have commented saying how great they were and that they got the party started straight away. They loved that they could just request their own songs and everyone has said the atmosphere was nothing like they had seen before at a wedding that early on in the day. Even the staff at the house stopped us to say how good they were. They were exactly what we were after and we couldn't be happier. If you could pass on our thanks that would be amazing. Best wishes"
