Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"I had seen Tom perform a few years ago at a friends party. We then I asked him to sing at my partner's 40th birthday party, he was that brilliant we then asked him to perform with this duo at our wedding on the 1st of June 24. We were lucky enough to have Bobbi-Jo (Tom's wife) performing with him and her vocal cords are out of this world! She sang our wedding song (Power of Love by Jennifer Rush) which is a tough song! What else can I say? Absolutely superb. From right at the start when we were organising, to the day. Both amazing in their own right. Absolute dream team together. "Ian contributed in no small part to the great success of Maria's birthday celebration, with his choice of songs,background music, and his talent as an MC and entertainer. Guests were constantly asking us where we found him, commenting that unlike some entertainers it was not too loud, everyone able to chat with ease. Thanks to Ian people were dancing most of the evening and thoroughly enjoying themselves. Well done Ian we will have no hesitation in recommending you in the future."

"We hired Martin for our daughters 30th birthday party in our garden. Communication was excellent and Martin arrived on time. He was very helpful when deciding where he could set up and I asked him to play a mixture of songs to suit the wide range of age groups we had attending. Martin had everyone up dancing from his first song to the last and is a very talented musician. I cannot recommend him enough and we will definitely be booking him again. Thanks Martin , you made my daughters 30th a party to remember."

"Having John play at our wedding made it extra special and created the relaxed atmosphere we wanted. He played the Ameille song for the bridal entrance music and French cafe music for the reception, much better than pressing play on the iPod! "I have over the years booked many artists for events, when I booked the Joe Loss warm up band for one event, I never thought any one would surpass their performance until last Thursday, 15th December 2022. But Sandy Smith topped it, she was outstanding and her wonderful personality, her wide range of songs, her interaction with our members made our Annual Christmas Dinner one to remember. In view of her professional background I did not think that she would travel over 140 miles to our event, which on the scale of events was very small but she was so warm and accommodating she left us all spellbound. My problem will be booking anybody as good. Sandy you deserve the success you have made for yourself, our sincere best wishes for the future.
