Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"My twin sister and I booked Joe Dostal to play for the first hour of our special 60th birthday party at Cafe Alf Rescos in Dartmouth for pre-supper drinks time last Saturday, and he was really excellent. He created just the right vibe to start off the evening well, playing great songs from his play list which we had been able to choose prior to the event. He was a good communicator before the day, and was very professional and delightful on the night. He is a very talented musician and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - he was a joy to have at our special party. Thanks for making our evening extra special Joe!"

"Honestly one of the best parts of our wedding! 🎷✨ I done this as a complete surprise for my Husband and Guests in August 2025! Robert & his sax just brought everything together – classy, fun and such a vibe! From the moment Robert started playing, you could feel the atmosphere lift. Our guests loved him and so did we, he helped me put everything together professionally and even learnt tunes for our special day that I had asked for, I would definitely book him again in a heartbeat 🎷❤️ Thank you Robert for being a big part of our day and helped make it everything we could of wished for."

"Cutthorpe Cricket Club is a very small venue and we had never held a live entertainment evening. We have a membership of around 40 adults. To be honest most people didnt think an evenng with Celina would work. Some didnt even come. However, the show went on - Celina arrived early - assured me that it would be ok! We had around 30 people made lots of money from the bar and ticket sales. Celena was brilliant - engaging with everyone including the Children that came. She got everyone dancing and we all had a great time. Not only a great evening but a kovely person who cared for our cause. The membership who came are insisting she comes back again and tge ones who missed it cant wait. Thank you Celina. "Stuart played at our wedding and was absolutely fantastic. He really impressed our guests and did a great set list as well as some requests on the night. "Alice performed a cocktail hour session at our summer wedding in June. We feared the dreaded lull between the ceremony and the meal and her set was the perfect way to keep a lively atmosphere. The sound quality was superb and she nailed the track list to get everyone up and dancing. Watching our guests sipping on their drinks and dancing to the sax in the sun will be a lasting memory from the day, thank you so much!☀️☀️"
