She was more than willing to go the extra mile, and encouraged us to select songs special to us so that she could learn them ahead of the big day. Communication was brilliant and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the performance. We would be more than willing to recommend Harriet to any future bride and groom."

"Recently had Stephen playing at my daughters hen party. He was absolutely fabulous. Played a variety of music and everyone up dancing and singing, some of the girls even did a duet with him! He would play any requests thrown at him and he had good banter with all the girls. Sadly, he wasn't not single so couldn't take any of the loud ones away with him. He’s very professional and came with large speakers etc. I would definitely recommend!! Thanks Stephen for a wonderful afternoon! <3"

"If you read only ONE line of this review...BOOK THE VINTAGE VOCALIST FOR YOUR EVENT! From the initial phone contact with Paula to her saying goodbye on the day, our time and experience was 100% positive in every way. My wife and I were able to choose from a huge set list of songs from various musical era's and genre's and Paula seamlessly organised all our favourites into a cracking party playlist for the wedding reception. By the third song, she had guests up dancing and by the second set, my 86 year old Auntie (who walks with two sticks), was throwing her shapes on the dance floor! Paula absolutely made our wedding day! We had guests from the age of 7 to 86 and we can honestly say that each and every one of them loved Paula's performance. Many spoke to her themselves to thank and praise her and many more told us how impressed they were and that they'd be either booking her themselves or would attend venues she'd be performing at in the future! Paula looked stunning in her classy vintage dress and her fabulous voice entertained our party and the local York residents, who sat out on their apartment balconies with a drink to lap up the free entertainment! What makes Paula so special, is that she instantly felt like a friend and a guest, not a singer we'd booked for our wedding entertainment. Her warm, open and down-to-earth personality, instantly puts you at ease and she has a brilliant Yorkshire accent and sense of humour! I loved that as I returned from the bar with a drink to keep her refreshed during her break, I found Paula sat amongst all my family, laughing and joking. We felt happy to see her enjoying the day with us and confident that our entertainment was in good hands. Our 8 year old son was desperate to sing a duet with Paula and we loved how accommodating and kind she was. Some artists would be precious about their professional set being gatecrashed unexpectedly, but Paula embraced the request and handed him his own microphone! Our family really liked and admired her for going with the flow and making the day special for everyone. So if you're considering booking The Vintage Vocalist and need a little persuasion to choose this incredibly talented Yorkshire lass, let me leave you with this... I showed my son the official wedding photo's and laughed at how happy he looked on his photo's with Paula and he turned to me and said... "What you laughing at Mummy?...I was living my BEST LIFE that day!!" I think coming from an 8 year old boy...that says it all."

"If you'd like a professional piper for your wedding, I cannot rate Keith the Piper highly enough. Keith was wonderful and very, very accommodating. He arrived well ahead of time, immaculately turned out and extremely friendly and courteous. My husband and I had arranged a piper for our sons wedding as a surprise and Keith was wonderful playing along with us. There was a little bit of a hiccup whilst the newly weds signed the register and Keith stepped in immediately piping in the Church for the congregation. He really went above and beyond. Thank you Keith for adding the extra sparkle on the day. You look wonderful in the photos!"

"We were recommended Robin after our original DJ sadly had to step back due to personal circumstances, and we are so grateful that he came into our wedding journey. From the very first message, his communication was amazing - professional, friendly, and full of regular updates that kept everything feeling calm and organised. Robin performed an 80‑minute acoustic guitar set that was absolutely stunning, then learned and performed our first dance beautifully, making such a meaningful moment even more special. He finished the night with a brilliant DJ set that kept the energy high and our guests dancing. He truly went above and beyond for us - a talented musician, a fantastic DJ, and an all‑round lovely guy who helped make our day unforgettable. Would definitely recommend Robin."

"We had Madhu at our festival wedding and she was absolutely incredible! No videos can do her justice because in person she is even better, absolutely faultless playing alongside all of our favourite tunes from classics to Ibiza house. The highlight being Klingande Jubel, so good we had to have it twice! She made the saxophone growl like nobody had ever heard before and our guests went wild! We can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, you made everybody so happy and complemented our DJ Jak Ropa perfectly!"
