"These guys were excellent. They travelled quite some distance to play at my husband's birthday party and were extremely well received by all of our guests. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering a steel band."

"Amazing Band! Adam and the guys played at our wedding last week and were amazing! There set list is full of classics that people can't help but dance and sing along to! Adam was amazing to deal with leading up to the day and nothing was too much trouble! I wish I could see them play every week! Get them booked!"

"The band were booked for the wedding reception of my son and new wife. The guys were brilliant, music was excellent, they were very smartly dressed and so pleasant to deal with. From the initial booking of the event I was kept updated, the manager Gary responded straight away to any queries I had. Overall a very professional band. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Price wise, they were also one of the best and charged only half of what other bands quoted."

"Hello! Great to meet you the other night! Hope you guys weren't too tired after giving us such a good party on Saturday. We had a great time, everyone loved you and Jules had a whale of a time as I'm sure you saw! You guys were really brilliant at getting things started. I was amazed at how many people said 'I don’t dance' (poopers) but you managed to get most up at one time or another. Those of us that were up their strutting our stuff had a really really good time. Lots of our friends and family were all enquiring about you so there might hopefully be some future work for you from that. We'll certainly pass on your details. Thanks so much again and well done."

" What a superb band! It's was a huge privilege to have you play at our wedding, the guests loved it and there wasn't a moment that the dance floor was ever empty!! When booking the Ashdowne, we were initially drawn to the initial repertoire of indie and rock songs the band had on offer and not to mention the talent of both the guitarists, drummer and singers. The band played acoustic and full band sets which didn't disappoint. A truly talented band, who would not look out of place at a major music festival!! Professional through and through and accommodating to all our needs leading up to and during our special day. Thank you every so much for making it such a wonderful day!! "We booked the band Straight Up for a social function, absolutely fantastic throughout, the booking process was easy and we were engaged with whenever necessary. On the day the band members were flexible and gave a great performance. Would recommend. "

"Motown Memories were absolutely incredible. They played a beautiful acoustic set in the gardens for our drinks reception, then two awesome sets for our evening do. They learnt our requested song for our first dance and played it exactly they way we wanted it, and they had everyone up and dancing all evening! They were also absolutely delightful the whole time, and even let me have a sing myself. We couldn’t have asked for a better band!"

Any questions we had prior to the Wedding you were always available it made the planning so easy for us.
