"Nigel played during our wedding ceremony at the Barns Hotel, Bedford. We selected a range of pieces from his repertoire and Nigel also played a few requests. We and our guests loved the atmosphere it created and enjoyed spotting the songs! The day would not have been the same without it! The whole service from set up, presentation and performance was incredibly professional. We’d highly recommend Nigel for weddings!"

"The Warm Room at Coleshill Town hall held a VE day celebration party on 8th May this year and was entertained by the most wonderful and most talented Ruby Sings. Not only did she sing in a beautiful voice, her choice of songs, the costumes and engagement with the audience made for a superb day and brought back memories for those old enough and a good old knees up for us all. I’m sure “we’ll meet again”. Thank you. "

"John arrived early to set up. He was friendly and accommodating regarding song choice as we had a variety of ages at the party. He had people up dancing with the music he chose. The volume wasn't too loud so people could still chat and not have to shout. Everyone had a great night and I would highly recommend Valencks Solo Band for a good entertainment."

"We had Will to sing at my 60th Birthday celebrations. He was amazing, he had people up dancing. Everyone commented on how good he was...It was in our garden and was such a lovely day, couldn't have gone any better. I had a gatsby/Peaky Blinders theam and he fit the bill perfectly. "My wife and I had a black tie/kilted dinner dance recently with over 90 guests of all ages. The highlight of the evening was the Northern Reel Collective.They had everyone up dancing and having fun and with a professional dance caller it all went incredibly well. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a traditional, energetic, professional Ceilidh Band .
