"Duncan very kindly played at our wedding in June 2017. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were therefore lucky enough to have him playing outside where all of our guests were gathered as well. It was beautiful music and nothing too intrusive or loud. We chose the modern playlist with a few 'classics' in there so there was plenty of songs in there that everyone could recognise and we received several compliments from our guests about him. I would have no hesitations in recommending Duncan for your wedding or events. :) Thank you again Duncan! Hannah and Jamie x"

"I recently hired Billy for my father’s 80th birthday celebration, and the experience was truly memorable. From the first contact communication was excellent, with Billy accommodating all my requests and ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. On the day of the event, Billy arrived punctually and looked very professional in traditional attire, which added to the occasion's sense of grandeur. The performance itself was outstanding. The selection of tunes was perfect, combining a mix of traditional Scottish melodies and personal favourites that resonated with the guest of honour and the attendees. Many tears fell! Just beautiful. Billy’s presence elevated the entire atmosphere of the celebration, creating a nostalgic and celebratory mood that everyone enjoyed. Many guests commented on how the music brought a special touch to the event. Overall, Billy provided a top-notch service, and i would highly recommend him for any occasion requiring a skilled and professional piper. Billy your talent and dedication made my Dad's 80th birthday celebration unforgettable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. "

"We booked Singing with Strings for the reopening of our Inn to provide a relaxing live music act for guests over a lunchtime / early evening event. Sophia was bright and engaging, arriving well in advance of her booking allowing us plenty of time to brief her and allow her to set up. Her setlist was varied and added just the atmosphere we were hoping for. I would recommend Sophia without hesitation and fully intend to book her again for further events."

"Andreas played at my Son's wedding this summer he was fantastic, He is so professional but also so genuinely nice, we considered him a great friend now, he understands exactly what you want and doesn't disappoint, we had every thing from classical to contemporary, we invited him to stay for the evening and much to everybody's delighted he joined the evening band on stage to preform a couple of numbers which was the iceing on the cake, He is so versatile and clearly enjoys what he does. "

"Billy recently played at my mothers funeral. The communication beforehand and liaison with myself, the funeral director and our celebrant were all about getting in right on the day. It couldn’t have been more right, a choice of kilt, tunes and positioning all thought about and delivered to perfection. I should also say that his playing of the pipes is to an exceptionally good level, faultless. I can say no more than to highly recommend Billy, absolutely 1st class, stunning service. "Great communication from start to finish. Accommodating and flexible with timings and song choices. He sang a great set list and provided the perfect atmosphere for our birthday event. Darren is a great entertainer and we had lots of our friends comment on how great he was. Would highly recommend. "
