Review Centre: Singing Guitarists

"Jane and I are delighted to be able to review Matt Baxter’s performances at our wedding on Saturday 5th March. Matt was beyond brilliant, prior to the big day his communication with us was excellent, very reassuring and informative. On the day, with so much going on around us, he was a pleasure to deal with, punctual, calm, easy going and very self sufficient. Everything was set up with no fuss and to a really professional standard. Matt’s musicianship, vocals, presence and performance were just amazing, what a talented performer! The two sets were flawless, energetic, entertaining and the highlight of everyone’s evening. We have nothing but praise and admiration for Matt’s talent and he was a truly lovely guy to deal with too. So many people complimented us on hiring such a brilliant performer and I hope we will be able to invite him back for the next celebration soon. Thank you for making our evening go so well !"

"I booked Stephen for my sister’s 30th garden party and he was amazing. The atmosphere was buzzing as soon as he started to play and got everyone in the mood to sing and dance. I would definitely recommend booking Stephen, can’t thank him enough for making her birthday so special. Thank you again."

"Everyone had such a great time at the hen party, they were talking about how good Giles was the next morning! The girls had such an amazing night and wanted Giles to come back the next day. Love that he downloaded our playlist too and just went with the banter which was great!"

"Me and my wife hired Davey to play at our wedding after seeing his profile on here. He was completely willing to accommodate all our wishes for the kind of music we wanted. We sent him a bunch of songs that we hoped he would play for the big day and he came and sang th so beautifully! He played anything that anyone requested throughout the night and was a joy to work with! "

"Our 50th wedding anniversary party for about 60 people of all ages (i.e. 2 - 85) was an outstanding success and Martin was a fundamental element of this success. We had many very positive comments from the guests about the event and, in particular, about how good Martin was. I can best sum up these by quoting from a 'thank-you' email "...in my humble opinion (he/Martin is) a very talented singer and guitarist... in fact it is not just my opinion because the same sentiments were echoed by many others. A triumph all round." Thank you Martin and I would not hesitate to recommend you to perform at any other venue or event, you really were superb."

"We hired Gareth for our first live social event of the year, Gareths choice of music was perfect for the occasion and he soon had the audience singing and dancing the night away, I received lots of good comments about Gareths performance and professionalism from club members and have been asked if i will be booking him again I would highly recommed Gareth and look forward to booking him again later on in the year Thanks again Gareth for a great night"

"Sam played at my parents party and he was a joy to listen to. Many guests remarked on his lovely voice which provided the perfect background which was not to over powering. Sam also put together a lovely suitable playlist and even took the time to learn my parents favourite song. Highly recommend Sam. "
