Gigging since the age of 14, Sam has over a decade of experience in performing, and has played numerous well known venues and festivals all over the UK and Europe, from Pinewood Studios in London, to the AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester. Performing an average of 200-300 gigs every single year, Sam is a prolific and experienced performer, who understands and caters to every type of audience.
Available for a variety of occasions and events, Sam is the perfect artist for weddings, birthday celebrations, festivals, restaurants, bars, and much, much more. Absolutely! I can provide background music inbetween my sets. The client is welcome to send over their own playlist, or I can choose an appropriate playlist to suit the crowd and event.
On a previous UK tour, I got to play on board the Golden Hind, a now-docked galleon ship captained by Francis Drake in his circumnavigation of the world between 1577 and 1580. It was a surreal experience getting to perform amongst the barrels below deck to an intimate crowd sat on the sailors' benches!

Having recently supported several big names, including Matt Cardle, Grace Davies, Janet Devlin, Miles Hunt, Blue Rose Code and more, I have also headlined festivals and renowned music venues around the UK and Europe and have also completed three successful self-managed UK tours, with my latest tour in 2019 boasting 24 dates with numerous sold out shows around the country.
One of the perks of my job is that every day is different, and I love that about it. One day I can be playing a beautiful, intimate wedding ceremony, the next day I can be playing a lively birthday party with everyone up singing and dancing, and the day after that I can be supporting a big star on a big stage in a super cool venue. I love playing all types of events and I love meeting new people. But, I have to admit, I have a soft spot for a wedding. I'm a hopeless romantic at heart and I love being a part of an atmosphere where everyone is full of joy and love for each other. Softer, romantic songs are also some of my favourites to play!
I offer one sound system (Bose Compact L1) free of charge, however, if the client requires more than one setup, I am able to provide up to two additional systems, each suitable for different events/audiences/venues, for an additional hire charge of £30 per setup.
[1] Bose Compact L1 - High quality sound, suitable for both small and large venues. The system is very compact in size so requires little space and isn't intrusive. Approximate setup time is 10-15 minutes.
[2] Pulse PA System - Two speakers on stands, most suitable for a medium to large sized room. Requires a minimum 2m x 2m of setup space. Approximate setup time is 15 minutes.
[3] Amplifier - I can provide two different amplifier options to suit the event; a mains-powered amplifier suitable for small rooms, and a battery-powered amplifier suitable for outdoor events. Both systems are small in size so don't require a lot of space and are not intrusive. Approximate setup time is 10 minutes.
I most commonly perform 2x45 minute sets, however, depending on the client's requirements, I am always able to cater to any schedule, whether that be 2x60 minutes, 3x30 minutes, 3x45 minutes, etc. Prices may vary depending on the type of event, so please enquire if you'd like to receive an exact quote.

Absolutely! I always send my repertoire list to my clients upon booking, and give them the opportunity to build their own bespoke setlist made up of all of the songs they love.
