He was easy to communicate with, trustworthy and responded quickly to all our emails. Because of he's amazing music, The ceremony became the most memorable part of the wedding. "I would like to thank the lovely Sandy Smith for a fabulous weekend, coming to York to sing at my birthday party, what an amazing voice and talent she has. Everyone is still talking about how lovely your voice is and what a lovely evening it was. I would truly recommend sandy for any occasion, she lightens up any room with her personality then when she starts to sing well that’s another story, the room becomes silent, foot tapping, hand clapping and people up dancing. Making memories is what it’s all about having family and friends to celebrate with you and it makes it extra social when you have a Sandy in your life to sing like she does. Hope to see you soon xx"

"Leanna was one of the highlights of our wedding, we have received so many compliments from guests about just how much they enjoyed her being there. We booked her as a surprise to come on to the dancefloor during the father-daughter dance which was Madness, which my dad absolutely loved, and then she really got the party started! The choice of songs she gave us was amazing, it was difficult to choose but there were so many which fitted the vibe of our day perfectly. From the minute we booked Leanna, she supported us with the planning and really put us at ease. We really couldn't have wished for anyone better and would highly recommend Leanna!"

"Having our wedding ceremony at Skipton Castle, North Yorkshire gave us the perfect location for our ‘fairytale wedding'. It was therefore extremely important to have, not only the type of music appropriate to our surroundings, but also a style of delivery befitting such a location. Clearly an mp3 player and wireless speaker would simply not do. She provided just what we were looking for."

"Laura was an absolute delight to deal with when we were making arrangements for our big day. On the day she arrived with plenty of time, got herself set up without issue and played beautifully throughout the guests' arrival and into the ceremony. The bride was (predictably!) very late and Laura played on without any fuss, well past the time we had actually booked her for which really was above and beyond! We are so grateful to Laura for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! We cannot recommend her highly enough!"

"Thank you so much Em Strings for providing these very talented musicians. There was 100+ people in the Church congregation, all of whom commented individually on how they enjoyed the classical performance, and how beautiful and graceful the musicians were. The ensemble set the scene beautifully and yes - the was everything and more I had dreamed of as a bride, they definitely fulfilled my heart's desire to make it a beautiful church wedding ceremony, very fitting for that period church. I pray that I will be able to enjoy that ensemble again over the years with more celebrations. Thank you again for such a breathtaking and awe inspiring performance. "

"I booked Dave to play for us at a hen party and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, his communication through out was brilliant . Dave playing at the party made the bride to be night , all the guests commented on how amazing he was . Best sax player around can not recommend enough!"
