Review Centre: Pianists (Jazz)

"Mark played at my church wedding and marquee reception and he was absolutely amazing. He was punctual with his email replies, helpful with suggestions and even sent me a shortened sample of the music I'd chosen to walk down the aisle to so that I could practice walking slowly (which didn't actually happen in reality....). Lots of people commented on how good he was. I was slightly worried about the electric piano not sounding authentic but if you closed your eyes you would think it was a grand piano! What really impressed me was after asking Mark if he did any Pink Floyd or Bowie, he learnt a piano version of Pink Floyd "Great Gig in the Sky" which was one of the highlights of our day. 100% 5 stars! Currently looking for an excuse to hire him again...."

"Alan arrived in plenty of time to set up at our Christmas Party. He had a wide repertoire, including a list of Christmas Carols that I asked him to play, for guests to sing. He also helped to get everyone singing! Very friendly and a great pianist. Peter "

"Music to add pleasure to good food. Eating Sunday lunch with the family at Hanbury Manor is itself a pleasure made even more enjoyable by the music of pianist, Michael Molloy. His repertoire of Great American Songbook classics creates a very enjoyable atmosphere to accompany good food. Highly recommended"

"Tom recently played at our wedding and we cannot thank him enough, he was extremely helpful when booking with him, he leant new music for our wedding which was a lovely touch and meant a lot to us as the songs were very special to us. He is an extremely talented pianist and really helped set the mood for the day. I remember losing myself to the music a few times during the wedding breakfast. We had lots of comments from our guests about how lovely the music was. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone needing a pianist. Thank you for helping make our day perfect. "

"Mark played for us at our marquee wedding during the drinks reception and meal. So many of our guests commented on the quality of Mark's playing and how it made such a lovely addition to the event. Mark was very flexible with all aspects of his performance and even performed a duet with one or our friends playing the saxophone. We left it to him to choose the playlist which was perfect for the various stages of the event. He also modified it according to the weather at the time! I would highly recommend Mark for your wedding or any other event."

"We absolutely loved having Stacey play at our wedding this summer and would highly recommend her! Not only is she an incredible musician but she also has loads of energy and she really got everyone dancing. She worked perfectly in harmony with our DJ and even he commented on how great she was. "Fabulous Wedding Entertainment. We booked Michael for our wedding party which was held at our home. He made contact with us prior to our big day to discuss any requirements we had, favourite tunes etc, which were terrific on the day. Michael plays keyboards and can slip from favourite classics to pop, rock and jazz with ease. He really set the atmosphere and mood at our wedding - even better than we had hoped. He provided a fabulous musical backdrop and really helped everyone to relax and have fun. He was professional and personable and truly talented - we highly recommend him. Bob & Maggie Farrington"

"Jon is a fantastic pianist and went out of his way to play the songs that we wanted. He was so helpful and nothing was ever too much. I sent quite a few emails leading up and he would always respond very quickly. He was very happy to play for us from the ceremony right the way through until after the wedding meal. Jon played a mixture of his songs during the wedding meal and canapés and the music we had chosen for our ceremony was just perfect."
