Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"Nigel played piano for our wedding ceremony and reception in March 2020 at Chicheley Hall. Throughout the whole planning process Nigel was fantastic, always happy to talk through ideas, give his professional advice and accomodate special requests. Even on the day there were some last minute changes to the set up of our ceremony due to the coronavirus situation, but to look at Nigel you'd have thought that it had always been planned that way. The music itself was amazing, beautifully played by Nigel and added a lovely relaxed and happy ambience to our day - many guests commented on it, including those watching the live stream video at home! Thank you so much Nigel!"

"We were absolutely over the moon working with Zoe on our wedding day. We heard her singing across the room at Hatfield Wedding fair and her voice was just perfect for our songs we’d chosen. We weren’t even considering hiring a wedding singer, but we knew we had to book her! She was personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout. "Martin played at an awards event I organised last year. I booked him again for this year’s awards as we were impressed with his extensive set list, equipment and adaptability. Once again Martin was more than happy to move his equipment from the drinks reception into the main event area. He played a great selection of songs and also had some funky new lights which we liked! Again I would have no hesitation in recommending him."

"The Soul Way truly made our wedding day complete! They were absolutely fantastic and kept our guests up dancing all night. Both myself and James felt so lucky to have them down to play and were thrilled with their performance!! Everyone has since remarked on how 'professional' and 'Fantastic' the band was and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting an upbeat, funky/soul style set to get their wedding party started!!!"

"Lovely sang at my wedding on Saturday and she was even better than I had hoped for! An absolutely amazing voice, great selection of songs, and got my guests up and dancing away. "I gave Simon a challenging task of singing at my Father's funeral recently. I wanted to pay a tribute to my wonderful dad whose favourite song was "my way". I will admit that after making the booking I was nervous I'd made a mistake having never met Simon but I can honestly say that Simon did the most amazing job. During what can only be described as an overwhelming sad and difficult time, Simon managed to bring some happiness (with much sensitivity) to the occasion and did a beautiful job of singing too. I can't thank him enough and would whole heartedly recommend him for any event"
