"I can honestly say that our wedding of 14 people would not have been complete without Mark! He was wonderful, he has such a brilliant way of filling the entire space and connecting people with music. Mark was able to make the most of instruments that have not had much use nor care during the pandemic and produced the most wonderful sound with them. Mark made both the more classical organ pieces and contemporary piano songs sound amazing, making hairs stand on end with the power of the music. More importantly, Mark was truly a part of our party, interacting and making it more fun alongside everyone. Thank you! Thank you so much for being absolutely brilliant, could not recomend anyone more highly and will certainly be contacting again in the future."

"Henson's Hot Club were really good with communication ahead of confirming a booking and in the lead up to our wedding, were prompt and ready to go (and looking the part!) on the day, and provided absolutely wonderful music which was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by all. "Becky was absolutely fantastic. When my wife and I were brought in to review the room we got to meet her, she had set everything up without any issues, you wouldn’t have even known she was there. She asked if she could announce us into the wedding breakfast and when we told her the initial song we had picked her response was ‘I can do that, no problem’. I’m pretty sure each one of our guests came up to us at some point during the day to say how beautiful her voice was and how wonderful the atmosphere was with her there. We couldn’t have been happier with our last minute decision to book a singer and we’re so glad we chose Becky!"

"My family traveled from the U.S. to Inverness recently, among a few other stops, hoping to visit some ancestral sites specific to our family lines. I was having trouble finding a tour guide, and the idea hit me to see if I could find a local Piper...thought even better if they were a Fraser like me....literally contacted Spud at the last minute, and he was happy to oblige. Far exceeded our expectations!!! I told him to feel free to come casually dressed on such short notice....his Highland attire was incredible! And his musicianship was outstanding...in America we would say this guy has some "serious chops"! Graced us with several wonderful tunes, and was as charming and witty as all of the other reviews mentioned. He is first class all the way!!! He turned an occasion into an event. He made our experience feel epic. You instantly feel like a friend to Spud when you meet him. And he was full of hilarious stories and quips. If you're a "yankee" and need a Piper in America or the other side of the pond....do yourself a favor and contact Spud....you will not be disappointed, and he will add so much class and fun to whatever you have going on!!!! Cannot say enough good things about this guy...a consummate professional and such a winsome and personable fellow. "
