"Motown Memories were better than we could ever have imagined. They got everyone on the dance floor, dancing until our feet were hurting, all guests commented on how amazing the band were. Their song choices were perfect, Ione has a phenomenal voice and got the crowd going throughout. Thank you so so much for being part of our special day."

"Dear Davie and all the Band, Just to say the very biggest of THANK YOU for Saturday night - you were just brilliant, everything and more that we could have wanted from our wedding band, and we have had so many comments and compliments from everyone who was there about you - I have a feeling many of them will remember when organising their future events as you guys just take ceilidh to a whole new level... We had an absolute ball reeling our way around, especially for 'Another Brick in the Dashing White Sergeant', and the Cumberland reel was utterly Epic - not one we had in fact danced before but definitely the best of the night!! And had so much fun with the rock side - all the family were up and going for their favourites. Hope you had fun and managed to squeeze in a bacon roll and some cake - and a beer or two!! Thanks again! "

"We had the pleasure of seeing 21c a while ago, and as soon as we booked our wedding, we knew we had to have you! From the first point of contact, until the very last moment of our wedding reception, you were all so supportive, helpful and professional. Your sound and timing was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night, with all our friends and family absolutely loving the music. I can't tell you how many people complimented you all, the song choices, the timing, the depth of sound. We had the most amazing evening thanks to you all, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a top class band for any event. We also booked your DJ to play in breaks and before and after the band's sets, and he was faultless, ending our night with people dancing until the speakers went silent. My only insistence for our wedding plans, had been to have a live band, specifically 21c, and you helped us achieve the wedding day we longed for. I can't thank you all enough. We wish you every success and prosperity!"

"We chose the band having seen them play at our friend's wedding. They are a fantastic band and play a wide variety of music which is ideal for weddings and ensured the dance floor was heaving all night! They even accommodated our first dance song for us despite the short notice (sorry!) - and nailed it! In short; a perfect band!"

They're fantastic musicians and their expert calling made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. "Where to even start?! WOW! We’re honestly all still buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! Honestly, it was so, so special for us and you guys were the biggest part of that. I knew you were going to be amazing but you were amazing AND THEN SOME! It’s so lovely to hear that you were all loving life too – that means a lot! I just can’t thank you enough personally for all of your help and advice in the lead up to the party – you’ve been so helpful, accommodating and reassuring the whole time and just been so nice to be in touch with! It’s been such a pleasure! And again on the day you were a complete star and took so much work away from us as we literally didn’t have to worry about you guys – you had it all in hand, even the clearing up – naughty! Haha! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and the whole band who are all so super talented, and so super fun! They absolutely made our night! I had high expectations and they smashed them! I have to give a shout out to our singers, I mean how incredible were they?! So much charisma and sass- I think I’m actually obsessed with them haha! Not forgetting the Swing Singer and Quartet you also provided. Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us and our guests – you knocked all of our socks off! We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone and everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book you guys again for any future event that we’re having. They got our group dancing with ease. The duo is punctual, very flexible and easy to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure to have them and we will certainly book again on next opportunity."

They play Gypsy Jazz which is guaranteed to bring people onto the dance floor. With a tantalising mix of Clarinet, Violin, Double Bass and Manouche guitars they bring a new dimension to swing that will leave you breathless at the end."

"Huge thanks to the band who played at our wedding in September at Rudby Hall! They were great from start to finish. They covered our first dance brilliantly and from then on the dance floor was full! The band knew exactly how to get the party going and we didn’t want it to end! All of our guests have commented on how much they loved the band too! Thank you! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a band for their wedding or other event!"
