"Mark played during our wedding breakfast on Nov 25th 2016.From first contact Mark was very proactive and tailored his package to meet our needs....he even learnt an ELO song when I mentioned my dad liked the band.He contacted the venue to arrange arrival and set up and contacted us regularly to reassure us that everything was in hand.The music was lovely and created a perfect atmosphere whilst we dined.Thank you Mark."

"Neil played for us at our wedding night in Gretna Green on August 31st and quite simply he was amazing. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed and loved his music and singing. He was so accommodating even playing song choices from our guests that I send prior to the wedding. Neil was really easy to deal with from start to finish answering all our queries very quickly. He arrived exactly when he said he would and we were enjoying his playing so much I don't know where the time went! "Nigel’s playing was perfection personified! He played for the arrival of the guests and all through the wedding breakfast only taking a short break during the speeches. He even continued after the agreed time as everyone was enjoying his playing so much and it really lifted the occasion. His choice of music and playing styles fit the mood of the afternoon so well and we had lots of positive feedback from our guests. You rarely hear people applaud “back ground” music but this happened almost after every song played. He added a real sense of sophistication and substance to our wedding. It was present but not overbearing. We will be booking him again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend his services. "

"I’m only just getting around to saying our thank yous and I wanted to say a big one to you and the rest of the EM strings squad on the day! The music was wonderful - I’m only seeing snippets of it now on our guests’ videos from the ceremony and it sounds absolutely beautiful! Thank you for coping in the 34degree heat and putting on a beautiful show for our guests to enjoy. "It was an absolute pleasure to have Chris as the piper at our wedding. We booked him to pipe the guests in and out of the ceremony, at our rural farm/barn venue in May 2023. He was friendly and helpful when I got in touch. He is a serious ‘trad’ musician, not just someone who knows a few wedding classics, and he played a fantastic selection of tunes on the day. We spoke beforehand about the sort of pipe tunes that we like, and he accommodated this happily. Price was really reasonable, and he was organised, communicated well in the run up to the day, and arrived in plenty time (always helps to minimise wedding day stress!). Walking across a courtyard to the country bothy we were married in, to the sound of Chris playing the pipes, was one of the most special and emotional moments of my whole wedding day. Whole heartedly recommend him!"

"Vikki was amazing from start to finish. She was so professional and approachable throughout the organisation of our event. On the day she was perfect and gave us a lovely cello/piano duo. Even when the priest got a bit lost she helped to keep everything on track. The performance was seamless throughout and made the perfect accompaniment to our perfect day. I cannot recommend her highly enough. "

"Beautiful Bridal Walk We booked Alex for our wedding and loved his rendition of 'Concerning Hobbits' that we requested for our Bridal Procession. He was stress free to work with and really made the day. Would recomend!"

"Tom recently played at our wedding and we cannot thank him enough, he was extremely helpful when booking with him, he leant new music for our wedding which was a lovely touch and meant a lot to us as the songs were very special to us. He is an extremely talented pianist and really helped set the mood for the day. I remember losing myself to the music a few times during the wedding breakfast. We had lots of comments from our guests about how lovely the music was. We would highly recommend Tom to anyone needing a pianist. Thank you for helping make our day perfect. "

"Jân played at my 60th birthday party recently. I had asked him to play a few old songs early in the evening for my parents & another set of grandparents. My dad used to play the saxaphone & clarinet in a band many moons ago, and Jân brought along his clarinet to play just for my dad. I thought this was a lovely touch. Then he really got the party started & everyone dancing on his first set. He was wonderful & changed the second set slightly to fit in with the mood of the party. Everyone loved him & I would recommend him 100% *****"
