"I've reviewed Ed as a solo artist but he also performed with the band, and they should be complimented as well. Booking the band was really simple and they were very friendly, nothing was a problem and the evening went brilliantly. The sound of the band was really impressive - these are clearly very professional and talented musicians and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The whole performance couldn't have been better and everyone was thrilled and impressed with the quality of the music. They had a wonderful rapport with the audience and transformed the whole event into something really special. Many thanks!"

"We hired Jazz and The Tonics to play our new office opening party and they were amazing! Since the event we have had so many compliments about the band and how good their performance was. They were very professional and communication was clear leading up to the event to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't recommend them enough and hope to see them perform again soon! "

"Careful thought was taken in finding the right band and genre of music that would compliment our formal charity dinner held at Britannia Royal Naval College in October 2013. The band provided a superb tailored set of soft jazz and virtuoso performances which delighted the guests. The band delivered. A rich performance, utilising the natural acoustic qualities of the quarterdeck for the reception was followed, after dinner, with a cosy intimate set in the Senior Gunroom bar. The band delivered. They were simply outstanding, producing exactly what was required to make this special event so memorable. I can not recommend them highly enough!"

"I hired the 2 piece option for a family party after seeing the full band performing locally. However I wasn’t disappointed at all, they were just as amazing. I have to say these are my favourite band, and recommend for any function. If I was aware of them when I got married they would have got the gig. So professional throughout and made it all very easy. "Fi has, rightly, a greatly praised voice, and this worked a treat in that environment. She possesses excellent technique & frequently went for complex lines and pulled them all off with aplomb. She has equally good dynamic sensibilities and used shifts of these with discretion for extra effect. Alex's playing mirrored this: skilled yet tasteful with generally chorded accompaniment when Fi was singing and when it came to his solos, the runs, though often improvised, served the song, not his ego. They have an empathetic understanding I think: not just in the interplay between voice & piano but also in their several duets & this was another element in the playfulness"

"The Spinettes were booked by the residents at Harleston House for a musical event that they had planned for Dementia Awareness Week. The girls were very warm and friendly with their performance but remained professional performers throughout. The music and the selection of songs for our client group was spot on, its not easy to keep people with Dementia engaged but they managed very well. It was lovely that when they finished their show the girls took the time in going round chatting to the residents and their relatives this was a lovely thing to do. The residents are still talking about it and they all said what a lovely time they had together. I have been requested to book them again and I have no problem with recommending this group and their manager for any event that requires this style of entertainment."
