Natalie and Dave have been working together for fifteen years exploring their love of jazz and blues music from the nineteen twenties to the nineteen sixties and beyond. During that time they have been in great demand at music venues, private parties, restaurant and bars, art galleries, and special events, throughout the Bristol area and beyond.

The musical influences of 'Small Days' range from the early jazz and blues of: Fats Waller, and Bessie Smith, through to the great female jazz vocalists such as Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, and Peggy Lee. Their Repertoire includes such classic Billie Holiday songs as: 'All of Me' 'Lover Man' Fine and Mellow', 'God Bless the Child'. In addition they perform the classic blues songs of Bessie Smith including: 'Nobody Knows You When You're Down and Out', 'St Louis Blues. 'I Need a Little Sugar in my Bowl' among others. They also love to perform such well known jazz standards such as: 'Autumn Leaves', 'Cry Me a River', 'Summertime', 'Fever' and 'Sway'. In addition Dave can play solo jazz and blues guitar numbers, including: 'Misty, Albatross', and 'Nuages'

Natalie and Dave have had sold out performances in major venues in the Bath and Bristol area, e.g., The Watershed in Bristol and the American Museum in Bath. They have staged special multimedia live music and spoken word events, again to sold out audiences, including: 'Lady Sings the Blues - A Tribute to Billie Holiday' and 'The Empress of the Blues - A Tribute to Bessie Smith' and 'Ladies First - Fifty Years of Jazz and Blues'

Natalie and Dave recently played to two hundred very appreciative people at Bristol City Museum for an annual dinner and dance in aid of a local charity.
