We were absolutely delighted with Astri Strings (Victoria & Jude), who played at our wedding. From the very start, communication with them was so easy and stress-free — they were professional, warm, and accommodating to every request. Their repertoire is incredible, covering everything from classical and jazz through to modern-day hits.
One particularly special touch was when they learnt and performed the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, even though it wasn’t on their list. That meant the world to me, and it was played so beautifully. They performed seamlessly as our guests arrived, throughout the ceremony, and into the drinks reception, creating a lovely atmosphere from start to finish.
So many of our family and friends commented on how stunning the music was, and we couldn’t agree more! We would 100% recommend Astri Strings to anyone planning a wedding or any other celebration. They were an absolute joy to work with and such a memorable part of our special day.

Astri Strings were delightful and played so beautifully at the beginning and end of our mother’s memorial service. They helped make the service very special.

We booked Astri Strings for our celebration event at The Post Barn, Newbury. Jude was a delight to deal with during the booking stage, gave us a lovely pre-event call to check everything was in order and arrived as planned on the day. Jude and Vicki provided the perfect background music for our event with a gorgeous mix of Classical and Bridgerton style music to welcome guests arriving. Everyone appreciated having live musicians as they looked fabulous and sounded fantastic.

We were lucky enough to have Astri Strings play at our village summer music festival accompanying a wonderful classical singer. Their session was just beautiful with many classic pieces thrilling the audience. Jude and Vicki were a delight to work with, very professional and so very talented they brought a touch of class to a day of mixed genre and sunshine. Jude returned to join our midnight rock band finale with her stunningly haunting cello. An absolute joy to have Astri Strings at our event. June 2022

A great addition to our special day!! Astri Strings played beautifully for our ceremony, in what is quite a nervous an emotional time the ladies played songs that mean a lot to me and my wife and really made the ceremony exactly what we had dreamed of.
