Brassmix Live Brass Band

We require 2 parking spaces at the venue as well as water, soft drinks, and some food (sandwiches are fine). For Party Band bookings we bring some PA and electronic equipment which is PAT tested, but we will require some soundcheck time before we can start performing. We charge the same rate for any event and have no premium for wedding prices. There are two booking slots: 13.30-16.30 AND 19.30-22.30. Finish or start times outside of these windows are subject to negotiation, but late finishes (for both afternoon and evening) are chargeable at £200/hour to account for late get home times, or in the case of a late finish afternoon, to account for reduced offering for an evening booking. If we are travelling to or from another engagement before or after your event we will notify you at time of enquiry, but please note that contract finish times are final and if an extension is required in advance or on the day, then this is treated on a case by case basis. Extra travel costs are calculated to reflect travel time of the musicians as well as fuel costs, but can be approximated to an extra £100 for every hour further away from Leeds/York/Manchester. Overnight stays (including but not limited to late finishes, early starts, long travel times) are charged at the costs of hotels plus a supplement to the musicians to account for the extra time. Fees for New Year's Eve and other holidays are charged at 2x normal rate for the musicians, but all other costs (admin and travel) have no additional price increases. For our XL Marching Band package we are totally acoustic but can do stages with a PA and can bring our own engineer and system at additional cost.
