We first saw Sarah and Jaya during an open event and they were so talented and had such a lovely energy, they really stuck with us! We booked them for our ceremony and drinks reception and they were so wonderful during the whole process. We had a detailed meeting in advance and communication was excellent from start to finish. On the day they sounded amazing and made the whole day so special, we really appreciated all the extra work they put into planning their spot at the venue given they hadn't played there before. Our guests enjoyed picking out the songs they recognised during their set! They were a joy to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had the Chapel Hill Duo playing at our wedding in October and couldn't have been happier. The music was one of the most complimented parts of the wedding, with everyone saying how much it added to the day. We started off with classical music as our guests came in to the ceremony, before switching to covers of pop songs, as well as music from movies, TV and video games. They also played for us throughout the drinks reception and then the wedding breakfast, much to the delight of our guests. The process of organising the day was very easy, with a large selection of songs to choose from, and our playlists for the different parts of the day were performed exactly as we wanted. Jaya & Sarah were both very friendly and helpful (even helping take a photo of the grooms party whilst we were setting up for the ceremony!) and we felt like they were part of our day, rather than just playing music. Thank you both, and we strongly recommend you to anyone having a wedding or other event!

We ended up in a sticky situation, our original musicians unfortunately could no longer play, so four days before the wedding and both my husband and I were in a panic trying to get a replacement. We couldn't have asked for anyone better, both Sarah and Jaya were amazing, supportive and completely understanding in the situation. The music they played really added to our special day, everyone was complimentary and really enjoyed it, you both created such an amazing atmosphere, thank you both so much.

You both really made it a really special day for us, we have had so many comments saying how wonderful you both are and how different it was to have a Cello and Violinist at a Wedding. The Music was more amazing and magical then we expected, I was trying not to cry walking down the Aisle to 'How Does a Moment Last Forever'. Thank you so much for learning how to play this for us, it really meant a lot to us.

We would recommend you to anyone who wants to have a Personalized, Professional and Magical day that everyone will be talking about.

Sarah and Jaya were the perfect addition to our wedding day. They made the ceremony feel really special; they accompanied my little sister-in-law while she sang and everyone was blown away by how beautiful it sounded. They add a touch of class and warmth to the day and they are genuinely lovely people - I can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I saw them at a wedding fayre and I normally would walk past something like this as I assumed it would just be classical music. I am so glad we stopped and listened to them play! They played such a variety of music (current songs, tv shows, classical) even learnt to play a song for us.
We had them playing after our service (25.08.18) whilst people were having drinks and partly whilst eating. They went down so well with our guests. Our only regret is we only had them for 2 hours, if you're debating how long to book them for go longer!
They are so talented and also lovely people.

We chose Chapel Hill Duo to play through our ceremony and drinks reception. The communication from booking (over 18 months in advance) to the day was great and put us at ease. We were given a large song list to select from ourselves and were spoilt for choice! The was a great mix of old classics and modern chart music- and everything in between! On the day Chapel Hill thoroughly entertained our guests and were widely complemented. We were worried that with 100 guests the music would be 'lost' in the background but actually it was what gave our wedding afternoon such a warm, welcoming and happy atmosphere. Thank you so much, our day wouldn't have been the same without you!

I cannot recommend Jaya and Sarah enough. Not only are they both very talented musicians, but very friendly and likable, and very professional. These two young musicians are absolutely fantastic in every respect. They played at our daughter's wedding for hour after hour and must have been exhausted by the end of the evening! Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a beautiful version of the happy couple's favourite song and everything they played sounded so good. A lovely couple and fantastic musicians too. Brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant! Played at my daughter’s wedding last week at Goodwood Hotel and we have had so many positive comments about them. The type of music they played was great - so varied. Also they came outside with us after the ceremony so we could all still hear them while photos were being taken.

The Chapel Hill Duo played at our engagement party turned surprise wedding in January. They made our day feel so intimate and so many of our guests told us it was one of the highlights of the day. Sarah and Jaya were so friendly and helpful when we booked them and were deciding which songs we wanted. They made the organisation really easy and stress free. They played a selection of contemporary music, mixed with some disney, for our guests as they were arriving at the church for the wedding, followed by our choices and a special arrangement for our last song, The Legend of Zelda theme song! They played beautifully and lots of our guests have commented on how lovely it was and how amazing they sounded! They really set the mood for our wedding and made our day perfect! From day one you both have been a dream to work with. Very professional, prompt with email replies, polite, flexible and then there is your music! Wow! What can we say...you guys were amazing. The arrangement of Nessun Dorma and Happy both sounded incredible. Oh and Ave Maria was so special as it was the song that my mum walked down the aisle to and was a beautiful tribute to my parents and such a special moment too. When the doors opened and I could hear Nessun Dorma echoing throughout the church, I was overcome with the most amazing wave of emotion. It was truly so moving and there was not a dry eye in the house. My only regret was not actually being able to be there to hear you both play more at the beginning when our guests were arriving. I missed out! I'm actually on your facebook page listening to your music as I write this to make up for it (head bopping, foot tapping!)

You are both such talented, gifted musicians and were a delight to listen to. We wish you every bit of success for your futures and thank you so much for making our day so special. I engaged The Chapel Hill Duo (Jaya and Sarah) to play at my summer party in August 2013. From initial contact communication was prompt and excellent. We discussed the requirements and music program and with their advice we decided on a selection of music which best suited the event and the guests.
