I adore singing in my home town theatre, Darlington Hippodrome. I know it well and feel so much support when I perform there. I’ve also performed across the UK at various Haven holiday parks.

Tina Turner is my idol for multiple reasons, mainly because of her performance ethics and her strength. I adore Eva Cassidy and Whitney Houston. Post Modern Jukebox is my most recent love; their shows are out of this world!

I became a professional vocalist in 2007 after completing my degree in Performance. I have sang up and down the country as vocalist, show performer (including as a dancer), and now run my own company Voices of Darlington. I have sung for the prime minister and around Germany in an acapella vocal group.

I love performing in musicals because of the team work, but there really is no beating a private family event. These are where I have some of the fondest memories.

Yes! I have over 200 singers aged 4-adult who perform regularly, called Voices of Darlington. We have performed at weddings, theatres and various other community events.

Depending on the set up required, I can be ready and set up within 30 minutes. I have a professional and high standard compact set up, great for small spaces.

Depending upon what is required I find an hours set of acoustic or jazz-pop works best, and 2 x 45’s if it includes a party set.

Yes! Can’t beat a summer event! I can also be fully portable which is a bonus.

I welcome suggestions, and have such a varied list that I can accommodate most requests in some way. I also have little QR code cards that allow guests to digitally send over requests. I can’t always promise I’ll have it but I try my best to put in something f of the same artist or genre. I’ve also learned songs for first dances and as bride/groom come down the aisle at a small cost. That’s really special.

I am lucky to be described as having a lovely voice, and people always comment on how varied the set is. I am confident and positive, and make an effort to get to know the client; I feel this makes all the difference.
