I am a local musician based in Broome (near Birmingham in the West Midlands). A dynamic, skilled and experienced singer and guitarist.
I have my own PA equipment, and I play a wide range of pop songs as the main set- and mix in rootsy fascinating funk, and rock and roll from the 60s to the present day.
As well as solo gigs I play with a trio. We are a funk, fusion jazz blues band from Worcestershire. We often play with a saxophonist to bring our band to a four-piece, playing an electrifying and soulful mixture of songs.

It was amazing to play Birmingham NEC, a huge audience for a corporate event.
I've been profoundly influenced by blues and jazz musicians such as Albert King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Robben Ford, BB King, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and John Coltrane. However, my ultimate favorite artist is Jimi Hendrix. His exceptional songwriting and guitar playing have had a lasting impact on my musical taste and inspiration. As for the greatest song of all time, it's a tough choice, but Hendrix's version of "All along the watchtower" holds a special place for me.
Having delved into the vibrant world of gigging at the tender age of 16, Capricorn has amassed an impressive 29 years of experience. His musical odyssey commenced in the cozy atmosphere of an open mic night in his hometown, Worthing, setting the foundation for a lifelong commitment to live performances. Capricorn has performed at hundreds of weddings, parties and festivals across the UK since then.
While we enjoy performing at various events, weddings hold a special place in our hearts. The joyous atmosphere and the delight of the guests make it a favorite for us, and getting them on the dance floor is always a breeze!

Setup/pack down: 30 minutes
Capricorn is delighted to showcase talents at outdoor venues. A request is made for adequate shade/rain cover, a hard floor, a level surface, and a nearby power supply to enhance the performance experience.
Capricorn is open to learning specific songs for an event, with a suggested limit of 5 songs. Clients are encouraged to either select a set list from Capricorn's repertoire or entrust the choice of music to enhance their experience.
Capricorn is often characterized by previous customers as a high-energy group, devoted to getting the audience on their feet and dancing.
