I've been meaning to follow up with you after the lovely Daniel did a fantastic job at mum's funeral in Chichester in November. He played beautifully and everyone said how magic it was having him pipe mum up the driveway in the hearse. It really was so special, I'm so glad he was available. Please could you pass on enormous thanks from me, he was brilliant, it's not easy working with funerals where you have to wait for the previous funeral to leave and so on. He also had to wait a little longer in the cold, we were a little late unfortunately due to traffic. It really was wonderful, I wish someone had filmed it. But a great and really special memory for us.

I just want to thank you for yesterday. Sorry I didn't get to come and thank you on person. You were absolutely fantastic and everyone said it was beautiful. I know it was exactly what my mum wanted.

Daniel was fantastic, his playing and his choice of music pieces including “flowers of the forest“ was so touching and really allowed us to connect the service inside the church with those stood outside and brought a real atmosphere to the service especially during the reflection moments and was so appreciated and commented on by so many who attended.

I Managed to thank him personally at the end, and would love to book him again for perhaps a more happier occasion in the future.

I cannot fault the service supplied by the agent and the performer for my mother's funeral. Both parties were very easy to contact, obliging and patient (with my various questions and requests) and I felt they were very much 'there' for me at a difficult time. Contact responses were prompt and friendly and very well organised - the whole procedure was made very simple and straight forward and I can't thank them enough for their part in making the day and our expectations for it go to the letter! Brilliant service, very affordable fees and a beautiful performance that really made things special for us, so a great big thank you to Sarah-Jane at Lastminutemusicians and to Daniel!

Hi Daniel, thank you for playing today, it was really excellent and set the tone perfectly. Sorry I didn't get a chance to say thank you in person.

Daniel attened my Mum's funeral (a bright but very cold day that did not faze Daniel at all). He played a lament as she arrived, lead her into the chapel for the Service, played outside after and then one final rousing tune as he marched away into the distance as a final farewell for Mun. He was professional at all times, accomodated our service plan perfectly. His playing was superb as were his choice of tunes to play. When he lead Mum into the chapel playing the Skye Boat song, it was exactly as we, the family, wanted. Bravo Daniel for making it the perfect farewell to our Mum.

I wasn't there for most of the piper playing, but from what I've heard he was great. He also sent a lovely follow up email after the day which was thoughtful.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising Daniel at 24 hours notice when our piper let us down. Daniel was absolutely superb. The bride burst into tears when she heard the pipes as it was a surprise for her from us. I really, really appreciate you being able to do this for us. Thank you so much.

I booked Daniel to play at my friends wedding reception, as a surprise.
It was just spot-on. Great communication from Daniel and S-J throughout to keep the booking a surprise and ensure it came off as planned.
Daniel's playing was superb, not a single note wrong. He was very good at judging where to stand and when to play, so as to provide a lovely atmosphere but not overpower conversation.
10/10 - the wedding guests enjoyed it, and the bride & groom loved it. When Daniel played them into the dinner hall I had goosebumps!
