I first stumbled across Dave one afternoon while walking through Dean Village in Edinburgh. I heard music drifting from under the Dean Bridge and was instantly drawn to it. There he was, playing and singing with such warmth and soul that I stood in awe for quite some time. I took his card that day, never knowing how beautifully our paths would cross again.

When my now-husband proposed and we began planning our wedding in Loch Lomond, we knew we wanted Dave to be part of it. He played during our champagne reception, joined by a saxophonist, and created the most magical atmosphere. His infectious smile and genuine warmth shone through his music, captivating not only us but all of our guests. Everyone loved him as much as we did!

We’ll treasure those memories forever and know we’ll be inviting him again for future celebrations. Thank you, Dave, for sharing your incredible gift with us.

Dave and his band were wonderful at our wedding! We loved having them to play at our champagne reception. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Communication was great throughout - we had a really excellent experience.

What a fantastic way to celebrate my wife's 60th! Dave brought his guitar and created a totally unique atmosphere through his impressive jazz and swing sets, which made the day that extra bit special. A pleasure to deal with, and to have at any party or event. Personable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dave, with or without his band, if you are looking for a 'swinging' time.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough! We booked Dave and his band for my mums 70th and they were fantastic ! Everyone loved them and they read the room really well (nice background music when people arrived then stuff for people to dance to). They brought all their own gear and only needed a plug socket, so setup was really smooth. And communication in the lead up was great - Dave was so friendly and helpful. Seeing my mum and dad dancing along to the music and having a great time was a real highlight - huge thanks to Dave and the band for an amazing night. Note, we had Dave on guitar and vocals, and someone on keys and bass - all top quality musicians.

Flawless! Upbeat and lively and just right for our Christmas party! The guys were professional throughout - punctual and great communication too. We had such a special night thanks to them!

Before the event Dave did everything possible to work with us and make sure that it all went without a hitch, which was much appreciated. He and the rest of his group were friendly and professional throughout, and our guests loved seeing the joy they so clearly get from what they do. We hadn’t tried jazz at our hotel before, but it went down really well and we received lots of great feedback.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the music at our wedding. We both loved what you played, and I’ve had so many guests tell me that it really made the drinks reception special.

My Dad loves jazz, so when I saw Dave performing by chance I asked him if he'd be available for his 80th birthday do. My Dad was chuffed to bits - especially when they threw in a couple of his requests on the night too!
