Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

- Access to standard mains power supply near the performance area if providing my own keyboard & speaker
- A safe, level performance space of approximately 2m x 2m
- Parking at the venue for dropping off equipment if bringing my own keyboard and equipment.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

No

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

No, but clients are welcome to plug their phone/device into my speaker to provide music between sets.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I normally suggest arrival of 1 hour before the performance start time for set up, but depends on whether a piano/keyboard is being provided by the venue.

As a general guideline, I recommend limiting total playing time to three hours, with sets of no more than 45–60 minutes followed by a break, but there is flexibility on this and can be discussed when you enquire.

Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes, as long as there is suitable protection (cover/shade) from the elements.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Yes. I have a large and wide ranging repertoire list clients can choose from, but clients can also request in advance up to 3 songs/pieces not already included in my repertoire list at no extra cost. If more than this, it becomes more bespoke and will be reflected in the price.

Clients are also welcome just to indicate the style or ambience they wish to create, and I will use my professional judgement to select suitable music.
