POWER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of two power sockets

SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
- We require a minimum playing/stage area of 9 feet wide by 4 feet deep (approx 2.75 metres x 1.2 metres). If you're unsure, don't worry, we'll find a way of making it work!

PARKING REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 parking spaces, preferably as near as possible to the main entrance of the building we will be playing in.

OUTSIDE PERFORMANCE:
- Suitable flat ground; back, side and overhead cover required.

Yes, we are fully self-contained and bring our own PA system, music equipment and lighting.

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue, whether or not there are parking spaces onsite and the best place to load in our equipment.

We can provide pre-recorded music for up to 1 hour prior to performance + between sets - this service is free of charge. Unfortunately, you and your guests won't be able to request specific songs.
If you would prefer, you can bring along your own device and play your own playlist through our PA system instead.

If you'd like music after our performance, we can discuss this for an additional fee. This is not strictly a DJ service, however, so you and your guests won't be able to request specific songs.

SET-UP & SOUND-CHECK:
- We need 1 hour to set-up and sound-check so typically we will arrive at the venue 1 hour prior to our performance start time. The sound-check will require us to play at the volume that the performance will be at but usually lasts only 5-10 minutes.

EARLY SET-UP (e.g. before guests arrive):
- If required, we are happy to finish our set-up and sound-check up to 1 hour before our performance start time, without additional fees.
- Should you require us to finish our set-up and sound-check more than 1 hour before our performance start time, this will incur an additional fee charged at £50 per hour.

TYPICAL PERFORMANCE/SET TIMES:
1.5 HOURS (2 x 45 minute sets)
2 HOURS (2 x 1 hour or 3 x 40 minute sets)
2.5 HOURS (2 x 1.25 hours or 3 x 50 minute sets)
3 HOURS (3 x 1 hour or 4 x 45 minute sets)

BREAKS:
- Minimum of one break required.
- Suggested length of breaks between sets: 15 - 30 minutes.

We are happy to perform outside but will require suitable flat ground; back, side and overhead cover (or at least be in shade); a power supply close to the performance area.

SONG REQUESTS:
- If there is a special song you would like us to perform that is not in our repertoire, we are more than happy to learn it for you. Please be sure to let us know the song of your choice at least 1 month before the event to give us time to learn it - PLEASE NOTE there is a fee of £80 for this service to cover sourcing a backing track and rehearsal costs.

SETLIST CHOICE:
- Prior to the event, we will provide you with our full repertoire to give you the opportunity to choose the songs you would like us to play for you.
