Gordon recently performed at our wedding as well as providing a DJ set in the evening. Gordon was brilliant throughout the day and helped set a really happy and upbeat tone for the drinks reception. He provided us with a long list of songs to choose from as well as playing a few specific requests that we had. He played 3x 45 sets, two at drinks and one after dinner and had some great crowd interaction and got people dancing. The DJ set was brilliant and we have had people comment on how good the music was and the sound quality too! He was able to take numerous requests as people got more drunk (bride and groom included) and was great banter throughout. Would highly recommend. Adam

Gordon performed at our wedding for us and was fantastic. His singing was lovely and we felt it made our first dance that little more special than having it played from the soundtrack. We had guests up dancing (specifically my little neice who said it was her favourite part of the day), and as the night progressed, the theme of music changed into a little heavy rock. Gordon was more than happy to accommodate this. Thankyou for being a part of the most amazing day of our lives Gordon. We would certainly recommend you to others!

We booked gordon to play at our wedding at Barn on the Bay, Northumberland.
All of our guests and ourselves were not dissapointed.... his style and range of music to fit the venue was superb..

I hired Gordon as a surprise for a joint Birthday Party. And I am so very please I did !
Unfortunately, I could not attend the event, being stuck in France, but Gordon is so professional and kind, he put me at easy straight away.
We communicated via email & phone, he was open to all my ideas and gave me excellent suggestions.

There were many videos taken, showing Gordon effortlessness taking command of the room and gained everyone’s attention before started singing - and boy can he sing ! He was a Huge hit, Michael Bublé & Robbie Williams went down a treat !

Gordon is a true professional, and a genuinely lovely young gentleman. I will not hesitate to hire him again.

Gordon played at our wedding in September 2019. As I was in the US we had to communicate mostly through email and couldn’t meet up beforehand but Gordon was super helpful and accommodating!
Our guests were blown away with how great he was and how well he sang our first dance, they actually still bring it up! He kept the disco going after and done any announcements we asked for!
Would highly recommend!!

Gordon sang at our wedding on Friday there, and he was absolutely fantastic. He has the most wonderful voice, varied setlist (which he very kindly expanded for us) and kind/gentle manner. In particular I want to thank him for the stunning rendition he did for our first dance. I feel bands sometimes struggle to do justice to first dance songs, as it may not suit their voice. Gordon hit every high with ease and grace. Thank you very much Gordon, it was our pleasure to have you there.

Communications with Gordon was excellent, even though he has a very busy schedule, he always had a quick response. Extremely good value for money. I hired Gordon to play at my proposal to my girlfriend, now fiance, and he was truly amazing! I would highly recommend if you are looking for that special touch I would defiantly get in contact with him.

Thank you for performing at my husbands 60th party Gordon. Your assortment of music was greatly appreciated by our friends and family with some even saying that your voice sounded just like a recording. We had a mixed group of ages and your style of music suited all and got them dancing.

Nothing gives us more pleasure than to write this review since you played such a major part in ensuring that the word everyone kept saying both on and after the day was ‘Perfect’. I couldn’t get from one end of the room to the other without being questioned as to where we found you! Your voice, the choice of playlist the quality of sound and balance of guitar and backing track were all spot on. Amanda and I were still talking about the success of the evening in particular as we sat quaffing Rioja in the many tapas bars of Seville. Thanks you so much helping to make our day so memorable, we just need to think of a reason to hire you again, a special birthday or friend's wedding party! The hotel were also blown away by your performance and have a wedding in December which they have recommended you for. Gordon was excellent. An excellent singer who was totally professional but approachable. He did an excellent first set and his second set was very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gordon if this is your type of music.

Gordon played at my birthday party on Sat 20th Jan and I would like to recommend him to everyone who would be interested in booking him for a venue. So many compliments from my guests regarding how good and entertaining the night was. We hired Gordon to play at a private dinner function for my dads 60th birthday back in November 2017. 

My dad did not want a big party in a hall for his birthday, and instead hoped for something more intimate with his nearest and dearest. However knowing how much he loves a good dance and sing song, we wanted to make the occasion super special with some live musical entertainment. Hiring Gordon for the occasion did just that. 

Gordon was very flexible with timings and how long his sets would last. He quietly set up at the back of the function suite without any disturbance to the meal. He was very friendly and accommodating and played a mixture of classic 70’s and 80’s hits, as well as some recent chart toppers. There was something for everyone.

Gordon has a great voice, which is further advanced by his sound and lighting systems, and his engaging charm. 

Everyone attending the function had a fantastic night, and felt that Gordon’s entertainment really made the night what it was.

I would not hesitate to hire Gordon for any future events that I decide to host.

Gordon was amazing, he came and surprised our friend on her 21st birthday in the christmas market in Edinbrugh. He has a beautiful voice and he sang drops of jupiter beautifully. The whole process of planning the event went very smoothly. He definitely gave us all an evening to remember.

Gordon Robertson is a real professional. He helped make my daughter's wedding day special at Glenskirlie Castle. Nothing was a bother and he is an amazing singer and a pleasure to deal with. What a treat for all our guests.
