Mark recently played for us at our annual motorcycle rally, keeping us entertained all night.

Mark is a fantastic vocalist and his passion for music and the tracks he performs is very apparent with each and every note he sings. We loved the mix of songs included in each of the sets and also had the pleasure of listening to a few of Mark's own penned tunes too, which by the way, were exceptionally good. Dave on cajon blended seamlessly with the acoustic guitar and vocals making it an overall fabulous evening had by all.

In addition, both Mark and Dave are genuinely nice guys and went out of their way to make sure our evening of music was nothing but the best. Thank you both.

We had a fantastic experience with Mark, from the moment he started singing, he created such a wonderful atmosphere and had everyone smiling enjoying the night.

His Voice was really good and had great song choices for my mums 80th birthday. Very professional, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole evening. He really helped make mums birthday unforgettable and so many of our guests commented how brilliant he was !

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any special occasion - thank you for helping create such precious memories for our family 😊

I book my wedding music through here, grouvcat, and he was absolutely amazing. Great set list and brilliant vocals. He truely went above and beyond, even learnt a song especially for our first dance. Can not recommend more, everyone at the wedding said how good he was.
He was totally unfazed by the children that attended dancing around and generally being crazy.

We hired grouvecat for our live music fridays and he rocked the place . The feedback from our customers was awesome and many asking when he'll be back and the answer was yes hopefully in the new year.

Awesome, just a brilliant afternoon with Mark singing and playing guitar at our day after wedding chill out. We wanted something relaxed and fun to listen too. I grew up with music all around me and my dad was lead guitarist in his own band when I was growing up, dad is a great guitarist, so when he said he thought Mark was brilliant and really enjoyed just sitting and watching I need we were onto a winner! Mark was friendly, unobtrusive and just a total professional with a relaxed vibe which fit our day perfectly!! Thank you again....

Mark played our wedding on the 1st of August at Hestercombe gardens, and we could not have been happier. Really easy to deal with and a seriously talented bloke.

He was able to adapt our first dance song into an acoustic version which was perfect, then followed it up with a great mix of rock covers which had everyone on the dance floor!

His setup with all the lights etc really created a great atmosphere and we got loads of feedback from guests about how much they had enjoyed the music.

We’d hire grouvecat again in a heartbeat. If you want great acoustic rock from a guy who can really perform and looks the part as well then Mark is your man!

Mark was great at listening to what we needed to the run up to the evening, very easy to work and communicate with. When he got to us he was extremely accommodating, especially to the adverse weather conditions we were subject to on the night!

Listened to set 1 at Riders of Bristol this morning and I couldn’t fault it!! What a beautifully gravelly/husky voice and knows his way round the guitar! Definitely someone I’d be happy listening to over and over!! And very lovely to speak to afterwards! X

Great night out last night and caught up. With this vocal and guitar genius Mark Buster Mcadam. Always puts on a great show and got to hear a little more of his own work too. Love Soul man, great track.. If you ever get the chance to see him live, highly recomended by me and you'll have a great night of entertainment..and he's a top bloke too.

Mark is like the Love Child of Ray LaMontagne and Gomez. And probably Hozier is his cousin.

now anyone that knows me knows i dislike accoustic guitar music
but this just totally blows me away , Rock at its best with originalsand verywell done covers thrown in

I watched Mark perform at Ilfracombe Rocks and was blown away with his voice and his lyrics! He is a great performer with the capacity to draw the audience in or stop you in your tracks. Mark had a good balance of originals and covers. We all like to hear a familiar song but it’s so great to hear original music too and Mark is competent in both. Well done Mark and look forward to catching another set soon!

What a fantastic guy and performer. Played for us for the evening session of our wedding at Clovelly, he learnt our first dance song specially for us which was brilliant, gave a fabulous performance (even letting the bride jam with him on some vocals), was professional, turned up on time, set up with no fuss and had us all dancing the night away. He was brilliant at staying in contact prior to the wedding so we had no worries at all prior to the event. We had an amazing day and Grove Cat was a really special part of that. There were professional musicians who were guests at the wedding and they and the rest of our guests all said how fabulous he was. Spoil yourself people and book Groove Cat - he will rock out your event. Total recommendation!

Awesomeness! I really can't recommend this guy highly enough. He absolutely WAILS! Tip-top classic-rock guitar repertoire, he got everyone up and playing along with their air-guitars! Created a brilliant atmosphere at our small wedding, he even did a 'duet' with the Best Man. Everyone had a fantastic time, absolutely everyone. Not only does he totally frickin WAIL! Mark also happens to be a really lovely man. So from us, and all our friends and family, Thank you Mark Grouvecat for the perfect end to our magical day. You rock. Keep slayin. Fin.

A great performance from Mark at our work summer function last Thursday. One of 2 singers during the day / evening and he didn't disappoint in any way. An eclectic mix of tunes which everyone enjoyed and danced to. A great voice in a great venue with some lovely people all having a great time. I would hire Mark, either solo, or with his band, in an instant with zero hesitations. If you are looking for someone to hire to accompany your event look no further and hire this guy as he really is great! Many thanks Mark and greta to meet you and your manager.

Wow what can I say, just a big thank you to Mark, such a talented musician. A really good selection of songs enjoyed by all. Thanks for making our wedding amazing and traveling such a long way. Mark is one of the best solo artist we have ever seen and would defiantly book him again. Also a really nice guy thanks again Mark.

Communication on the build up to the event was very easy and straight forward, no hassel/stress or third party to go through. Willing to learn songs as requested.

Everyone at the event was really surprised with the quality of the performance, commenting on Mark’s amazing voice and ability on the guitar. Just the right tempo and song choice for a wedding scenario. All equipment was very professional and delivered great quality sounds.

Given the opportunity we would love to use Mark again.

What a great way to spend an evening with friends.. Listening to Mark.. He takes a classic song makes it his own and evokes emotions and a smile, you can help but sing along. His voice is perfect rock soft has that special quality which works with his blend of acoustic rock. His guitar playing is simply amazballs.. His own songs are beautiful.. Cannot speak highly enough of Mark, thoroughly professional and a great songlist to get even the hardest crowd on their feet. The videos don't do Mark justice in regards to just how good he is live, everyone was raving about him by the end of the night and to top it all off he mastered two songs for our Irish relatives and even an off the cuff Purple Rain with no practice at all. As The Entertainment Manager of the Apple and Parrot Taunton I can say that Grouvecat is one of the best acts we can provide on Friday nights. Black Friday is the busiest night of the year and we couldn't have had a better act performing. He's great with the crowd and is bursting at the seams with energy and musical talent. I strongly recommend either booking him or watching perform!

Grouvecat played at our garden party in September. What a nice bloke! He is also a very talented musician and has a great voice which really suited the song list. Our guests enjoyed his performance and so did we. Aside from that he was reliable, polite and competitively priced (well worth the fee). We have no hesitation in recommending him and would like to say a big Thank You for adding to the atmosphere of our event ."
