Jamie was a true highlight of our wedding day. From the moment guests arrived to the final notes of our drinks reception, his piano playing created a beautiful, intimate atmosphere that perfectly suited Neidpath Castle’s historic charm.

He stepped in with grace and professionalism after our original entertainment plans fell through, and his musical choices were thoughtful, elegant, and deeply moving. Several guests commented on how his playing elevated the entire experience.

We couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony and drinks reception musician.

Jamie played at our ceremony and reception and he was brilliant. He played songs that we requested and even a bit of a curve ball with the F1 theme for our wedding exit. Would highly recommend.

Jamie played our wedding ceremony at Crear Weddings on November 4th, 2025. He was such a dream to work with. His repertoire is vast and musicianship immense. His musicality is so moving, and he played with such elegance and emotion that our guests are still complimenting us on our choice of ceremony music.

We cannot recommend Jamie enough for weddings, or any event you feel a pianist of his high calibre may be needed. He is a true artist and we are so deeply grateful to him for all of his kindness, his music, and his artistry. He made our day so special. We will never forget him and how he completed our ceremony with his beautiful piano playing

Jamie was incredible from start to finish. He was so accommodating even when I completely changed my mind about the music, he was happy to learn our new choices (including AC/DC’s Thunderstruck on piano, which was no easy feat!).

Jamie also learnt a song to accompany my friend in her singing which he did so beautifully and he played throughout our wedding day, creating such a lovely atmosphere, and even moved his setup twice so he could perform in different locations. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was easy and faultless from start to finish.

We had Jamie play at our ceremony at Winton Castle, honestly everything was perfect. We had a list of songs and hymns that we wanted to play and there were no issues whatsoever. Jamie is a great piano player and we got numerous compliments on how good the music was during the ceremony. Would recommend him to anyone !

We booked Jamie to play at our wedding a couple of weeks ago. He sent us a long list of songs to choose from which covered a wide variety of music styles and we were also able to add our own choices which Jamie accommodated.

Jamie played for two hours between our ceremony and dinner and was great, a really good alternative to recorded background music. We had so many comments from our guests about how good he was. I would totally recommend him for your wedding!

Wonderful chap. Played beautiful music for the wedding reception. Was able to play bespoke music that was requested by the groom including adaptations of Blink 182. A highly skilled pianist and a lovely person to deal with. Highly recommended.

Jamie did an excellent job at our wedding, he was booked at short notice when we ended up having a change of plan and was left to his own devices a bit on the day but he absolutely smashed it! It was joyful to have Jamie play at our daughter’s wedding at Broxmouth Courtyard.
Jamie has such a wide repertoire he was able to play my daughter’s favourite Alicia Keys song as we walked in and then other pieces at relevant moments during the ceremony.
The afternoon reception was also accompanied by a two hour virtuoso performance of works ranging from Van Morrison to Chopin. Something for everyone to enjoy as our guests mingled and made many new friendships.
Truly the perfect accompaniment to any wedding.
