Technical & Production Requirements
PA System
A professional PA system suitable for the venue and audience size.
Monitoring
Our preferred monitoring is IEM (In-Ear Monitoring). If IEM is not available, wedge monitors are perfectly suitable.
IEM earbuds will be provided by The Roxy’s.
An RF scan of the event space must be carried out for both the wireless microphones and IEM monitoring systems to minimise the risk of interference or signal dropouts.

Microphones

* 3 × industry-standard radio/wireless microphones
* 3 × microphone stands with round bases
Audio Engineer
1 × experienced audio engineer to manage the live vocal mix throughout the performance.

The booking/client should consult with the sound company in advance regarding the venue and stage dimensions to ensure the appropriate equipment and setup are provided.

We do also provide our own PA with speakers and monitors. Our preferred selection is with a sound engineer.

Does the venue have sound limiters?

Does the venue have easy access to park and unload to input sound system?

We can supply a Spotify playlist before and between our sets.

All 3 singers have West End theatre credits and have performed in many shows, many countries and toured worldwide.

Set-Up & Soundcheck
We are happy to arrive up to 2 hours before the event to allow sufficient time for set-up and soundcheck. The exact arrival and set-up time can be discussed with the client in advance, as this can vary depending on the event schedule and, in particular, when guests are due to arrive.
We will always work with you to agree a suitable set-up and soundcheck time that allows everything to be fully prepared before your guests arrive, wherever possible.

Performance Times
Our standard performance options include:
* 2 x 45-minute sets
* 2 x 1-hour sets
* 3 x 30-minute sets

We are also happy to tailor the performance schedule to suit your event, timings and overall requirements.

Background Music
Upon request, we can also provide a background music playlist to be played between our live sets, helping to keep the atmosphere going throughout the event.

Setlist & Song Requests

Due to the nature of our arrangements, our Jazz and Postmodern sets are carefully curated and specifically arranged in intricate three-part harmonies. These arrangements have been extensively rehearsed to ensure the vocals are beautifully blended, polished and performed to a consistently high standard. For this reason, these sets are performed as arranged and we are unable to make changes to the song selection.

Our Party Set, however, offers more flexibility. We are happy to adapt the setlist, make changes and, where possible, accommodate specific song requests to help tailor the performance to your event and create the atmosphere you are looking for.
