Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

Just one 13-amp socket is needed for solo gigs. If I’m performing with a band (trio to quintet), please make sure there are two sockets available.

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes – I provide all sound equipment and stage lighting, so everything’s covered for a great show.

What information do you require about a venue?

Just a few simple things – any directions that make it easier to find the place, and whether there’s a handy spot to load in gear (like a side entrance or nearby parking). That’s always appreciated and helps everything run smoothly!

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely – playlisted music is included before, between, and after my sets to keep the vibe going.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

One of the highlights of my career was rocking the stage as the opening act for the incredible John Legend at the iconic 02 Arena! The energy was electric, and the venue's grandeur added to the magic of the night.

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I draw my inspiration from legendary artists like Queen, whose timeless hits continue to shape my sound and style. If I had to pick one favorite, it's definitely 'Killer Queen'—a true masterpiece!

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

With over a decade of experience igniting crowds at various events, I've honed my craft to perfection. It all began during my university days, where I kicked off my journey by turning house parties into unforgettable musical experiences!

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

There's nothing quite like the vibe of a wedding reception—it's where love, joy, and music come together in perfect harmony! The upbeat atmosphere, the warmth of the sun, and the sheer excitement of entertaining guests make it an absolute blast every single time.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I usually arrive around 6 PM to get set up and sound-checked. Performances typically wrap up by 11 PM. If you'd like music later into the evening, no problem—just note there's an extra charge per musician, per hour after 11 PM.

Setup/pack down:

30 minutes (Solo or duo)
1.5 hours (Full band)

Are you happy to perform outside?

Absolutely! Outdoor sets are great. All I ask is for a flat, dry surface, some shade (especially in hot weather), and access to a nearby power source.

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

You’re welcome to choose your favourites from my set list—or leave it to me to read the room. I’m also happy to learn up to two special requests ahead of the day.

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Clients often say my sets are lively, soulful, and full of great energy. I’m known for being friendly, flexible, and easy to work with—always aiming to make things run smoothly and keep the good vibes flowing.
