LA Revival 80s Band are a high energy 80s party act based in the UK. Our artists perform at over 100 events every year including weddings, corporate events, parties, world cruises and UK theatres.

Here at LA Revival, we love everything 80's, especially 80's music. Many of us at LA Revival grew up listening to the fantastic array of music the 80s had to offer us. Our shared passion for this incredible decade of music has brought us together and influenced us as artists and people in more ways then you can imagine.

Our Music:

LA Revival 80s Band is an 80's musical spectacle that pays homage to many of your favourite bands from such a versatile decade. We have a variety of set ups to suit the needs and budget of your event. From Josh's incredible solo show to an all out full band 80's extravaganza, all of LA Revival's configurations seamlessly deliver your favourite 80's smash hits that you know and love so well. Our sets are non stop medleys, seamlessly blending a delicious cocktail of 80's bangers (Pina Coladas are definitely welcome). So pull out those brightly coloured sweatbands & leg warmers and maybe even join in with our choreography. Escape reality with us, we'll have you dancing on the ceiling!

Our Production:

At LA Revival, we tour our own lighting setup including moving lights, strobes, UV lights, lasers and even a smoke machine (as long as your venue will allow it). Our setup is completely digital so we are able to play as loud or as quietly as you need us to without compromising on the quality or energy of our sound. This works really well with venues that use a sound limiter and it also means our sound checks are efficient and won't take up too much time. It doesn't matter if you need us at Wembley or your aunties back garden in the marquee, LA Revival will provide you with a dazzling production with and a night to remember.

The LA Revival 80s Solo Show:

Looking for some high energy professional entertainment for your event or party? Want something to wow your guests with but don't have space for a full band? Then look no further. LA Revival presents Josh Tye's Solo Show.

Josh brings over more than ten years of experience, extraordinary vocals, outstanding guitar skills and fabulous dance moves to perform his incredible solo show here at LA Revival. He is a former Offie nominated actor/musician hailing from South Yorkshire. Josh exhibited great musical talent and a desire to perform from an early age. He went on to train at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London, graduating with First class BA Hons in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre.

Since then, Josh has performed as an actor, singer, dancer and actor-musician with many leading UK & international touring theatre shows, and West End credits. Following that, Josh went on to appear in bands where he sang and played at several events across the UK and as a guest entertainment artist for multiple cruise liners. During this period, Josh has honed his ability and passion for playing 80's music and now finds himself as an integral role here at LA Revival.

Josh's solo show is comprised of his classic 80's vocals, screaming guitar solos and fantastic choreography. Mixed in with our amazing custom built backing tracks, Josh's show is the original spectacle created by and for the LA Revival brand.

Josh's solo show is the closest thing you will get to a full band sound with only one man present on stage. If you are limited to space at your venue, Josh is able to give you a full show experience by himself that will leave your audiences stunned. He also has no problem filling larger theatre style venues or bigger spaces. So no matter the shape or size of your venue, Josh is ready to go.

Josh's full solo show is made up of 2 x 45 minute sets.
