Excellent. Martin was so adaptable, torrential rain part way through the event, the bifold doors were closed and the outdoor event became indoor. He managed the changed atmosphere admirably. He covered a wide range of songs, and sang beautiful a personal choice. I would recommend for most occasions. Thank you Martin and Sarah- Jane for her keeping me informed throughout at Last Minute Musicians.

Martin played at our wedding & was absolutely amazing.
We met him by chance whilst he was playing a gig in a pub. We exchanged details & as promised, he got in touch the following day. From booking to performance, Martin was incredible. He has huge talent & got everyone dancing with his choice of songs ( we left that to him but he did offer the option of choosing our own) we were confident he wouldn't let us down.

What an absolute blast we had with Martin performing at our party.
He was an absolute star and got everyone up on their feet on the dancefloor.
He has such a wide repertoire, and he worked with us to create a set list that covered a range of 70s, 80s, 90s, & 00s tracks.
We found it very easy to communicate with before the event and he arrived well before his first set started, getting set up with a minimum of fuss. His performance was superb, even though he wasn't feeling 100%, and he tailored everything to fit our timings.
Would highly recommend - thanks Martin for making it an amazing evening.

First of all we'd like to say what an outstanding performer Martin is! He really read the room incredibly well and played the right songs at the right moments. Everyone loved him. Even the older generations in our families listened intently. His repertoire was vast, covering many different styles and he performs them incredibly well. 10/10.

Leading up the event, Martin kept in contact throughout the planning process. Very punctural on the day.

I booked Martin for my 40th birthday party and he did NOT disappoint! A class act right from my first enquiry - excellent communication regarding the type of music/vibe I was looking for, timings, price, the lot. We first saw Martin at a friend's wedding and just had to book him for our own. He has a great setlist and is willing to learn a song for your event. His stage presence is formidable and he has an amazing unique style that brings a personal twist to plenty of classics. He kept the reception alive and was well received by all guests. He was professional and personable and took great care to give us a brilliant personalised experience. Would recommend him to bring some character to any event.

Martin was brilliant, he really made the night perfect. Lots of people told me after that they thought he was great, and he had everyone singing along and on their feet dancing. He rang me beforehand to talk me through the set list and timings, very professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Martin was everything and more for our wedding! He was easy going and very adaptable moving his set outside when the weather was better than expected. His range of tracks was phenomenal and had everybody singing and dancing all the way from Eminem to Evanescence. I can’t recommended Martin enough. Just book him, you won’t regret it!

Martin did a brilliant set and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We’ve such an eclectic taste in music and the fact he has a repertoire of over 500 songs, meant we really could select what we loved. Really appreciated the fact he also offered to learn some new songs of our choice especially for the occasion - it made our day. Very professional, and would highly recommend him. I've been in touch with Martin for over 2 years now as originally he was going to sing at our wedding which should have been April 2020 - then the pandemic hit and we had to reschedule. Martin has been amazing since our first communication and between booking and our wedding actually going ahead (10 days ago) we were lucky enough to see him perform at a place local to us and we knew we'd made the right choice. Martin is not only an amazing singer, performer, guitarist, he's also a really lovely guy! Our wedding finally went ahead on 25/04/22 and as expected, Martin was brilliant and the dancefloor stayed busy from the moment he played, until the moment he finished. He clearly loves performing and gives it his all. He helped make our Wedding reception into the party we wanted and we would 100% recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to book him in the future!

Martin was great for our wedding. We liked how he built up the music with his guitar and he had a great voice. He mingled with our guests without being overbearing and was happy to accommodate all our needs.

PHENOMENAL!!! Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Martin is a legend. First heard him playing in Lincoln and booked him and sooo sooo pleased we did. Brilliant at communicating with us, he has a great repertoire of songs to choose from. He even managed to learn a song we wanted that wasn’t on his list. It was brilliant!! After seeing martin a few times at local pub I knew I had to get him for my sons christening. The past gigs I have attended have been amazing. Not only is martin a talented musician but he also interacts with his audience. Not only is he professional he gives the audience the opportunity to have input into his set giving a good balance.
I had asked for a specific song and he did it. He made it his own but didnt hinder the original.
Ultimately a top performer an all-rounder entertainer. Thank you again for being awesome look forward to seeing you again.

Martin was absolutely amazing and the audience loved his performance. Martin was very engaging and played a variety of songs so that everyone could join in to dance and sing along. The day wouldn't have been the same without him. We will definitely be hiring Martin again for future events.

Martin proved to be he ideal entertainer for my 80th birthday. It was not meant to be a " dancing " evening and his repertoire was superb. He was very professional ( And very reasonable !!! ). Would recommend both him and you to interested parties

Cannot put into words how good Martin was. He contacted me to sort out his repertoire and also learned additional songs that my wife and I wanted. He was very professional and for the type of evening we wanted ( More chat than dancing ) he was perfect.
I would imagine that he would be equally as good if a lot of dancing was involved.
I would certainly recommend him without any doubt.

We had Martin perform for my husbands 40th birthday party. Can’t recommend him enough, his performance was fantastic and we had a lot of guests comment on how great he was throughout the night. From booking through to the actual party Martin was very friendly, responsive and helpful. There was a wide range of music to choose from and nothing seemed to much trouble.

We all were very pleased with Martin’s performance at my son's wedding. Martin was brilliant at the church and following at the marquee and was very professional in his performance of every song that was requested. Martin was versatile and his singer voice is fab.

Martin was great! He provided two sets for our wedding party and he helped to make the evening really special. He is a great musician and was really professional (his drummer was great as well!). The guests loved him,and he even took their weird and wonderful requests. His covers were brilliant, we can't recommend him enough. Book him now!

I can’t speak highly enough of Martin. He agreed to learn a half hour set of acoustic songs for our wedding reception at very short notice and absolutely nailed it. Not only does he have the most insane vocal range I’ve ever heard he can turn his hand to any style/genre of music. It was a pleasure having Martin as part of our big day.

Well what can we say…? Martin came along to the Blacksmiths lounge and really wow’d us with his powerful voice and effortless guitar playing. He’s catchy, he’s engaging and we loved every minute of his music. We are sure you will too.
