Thank you to Matthew who performed at our drinks reception on our wedding day. From the offset Matthew was very reliable and professional. He was so helpful in planning the order of the day and remained so flexible to try and allow for an entirely bespoke service. Matthew even learned a few of our favourite songs for us. The guests were blown away by how talented he was but also how lovely too. I would 100% recommend matthew.

Not only was Matthew an incredible musician - it was one of the best live performances I've ever seen. He played with Ben M and Max C - they were a great edition. Matthews set list, crowd management, stage presence, vocal quality were all 10/10. Quite simply, I cannot offer a single improvement. It was world class and a real highlight for our wedding. I cannot recommend enough

Matt played at our wedding during the drinks reception and was absolutely fantastic. Not only is he a great musician with a wonderful voice, but he was also so friendly and relaxed throughout the day with all our guests it was an absolute pleasure to have him at our wedding. Highly recommended.

Matt was simply amazing, he was really down to earth made us all feel comfortable. He played for us at a cottage we hired for my 30th birthday it was one of the best nights we have had. Thanks so much Matt I will definitely be booking you again for future events.

Matthew was absolutely brilliant, I cant recommend him enough. His organisation was brilliant and constantly kept in contact with me from booking to arriving at the venue. I had him play for a hen party to a small crowd of 11, this made no difference to him, he created an amazing atmosphere, easy to talk to and get along with and a brilliant singer.
Already booked him for my own wedding from this night.

Can't thank Matt enough for the music he played, and for DJing our chosen playlist. Many of the guests praised his singing. He's also the nicest guy. If we could do it all over again. We'd choose Matt everytime.

Matt was amazing! He’s an incredible performer/artist. He sang for two hours and played my chosen playlist in between sets and at the end of the evening. Everyone had so much fun - thank you! You certainly won’t be disappointed if you book Matt!

We hired Matt for a 50th Birthday party. He actually made the night!!! Fantastic voice with a great mix of music. Everybody was up dancing.
This was all done under Covid restrictions and worked very well.
I would have absolutely no doubt in using Matt again. Now I just need an excuse for a party!

Great selection of music and really easy to work with. Really got the party started and everyone enjoyed his presence. Very accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend! :)

Matt performed solo for us on our wedding day (Friday 20th December 2019). We got married at Haarlem Mill in Wirksworth and had our reception at the same venue so Matt played/sang during our ceremony (including learning the song I walked down the aisle to), during our drinks reception, during the meal and then learnt a new song for our first dance as well. It must of been a really long day for him but he was amazing throughout and our guests are still raving about him. He created a great atmosphere throughout the day but especially during our wedding breakfast, you could immediately notice the huge difference the second he started playing, it made the meal feel so much livelier and upbeat. Matt even had people singing and swaying along to his singing whilst they ate their meals (plus he had all the kids up on the dance floor before pudding even arrived). He was friendly, helpful and polite throughout the booking process. Everything was streamlined and easy so we had no stress or concerns before the big day and we thought he was very very reasonably priced in comparison to similar acts. We'd 100% recommend Matt and we'll certainly hire him again for future events. Thanks for being part of our big day, you were amazing! Mr & Mrs White x

Matt performed at our wedding in September and was absolutely amazing! We had so many guests comment on how much they enjoyed the set and it really got everyone in the mood for a night on the dance floor! We particularly wanted to say thank you for our first dance song, can’t stop watching the video back! Highly recommend and hope to see you in Nottingham again soon!

Matt is a brilliant musician and our event wouldn't have been the same without him. He was professional from the very first point of contact and was able to accommodate our requirements perfectly. He arrived within plenty of time of the event and is just genuinely a really nice guy who is also very talented. Our guests loved his music! I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone who loves acoustic music.

Managed to meet Matt at a venue ahead of booking him- really friendly and approachable guy. Excellent choice to have played at our small wedding- read the crowd well and brought our evening to life, and unexpectedly had everyone up and dancing (including an impromptu first dance). Icing on the cake for our day. Great vocals and guitar playing. Couldn't recommend more!

Matt came along and entertained our guests at my partners 50th birthday party. He was totally professional from booking right through to setting up and everyone loved his music. He certainly helped us to make memories. I would have no hesitation in using him again :)

He was extremely helpful in the run up to the wedding and his communication was excellent.

The day timings didn't go to plan but Matt was very understanding and worked his sets around us.

He played a great mix of songs and kept all of our guest entertained, including our 2 flower girls who even got to use his guitars and sing a duet.

We would have Matt back in a heartbeat and you won't be disappointed!

What a fantastic artist this guy is. Matt performed numerous sets from 2 till 11pm at our pre wedding party. Great guy, great personality and such a talent. Compliments never stopped from our 60 guests, who ranged from 16 to 84 years of age. Very best wishes for your future Matt, you deserve to make it big!

Matt is an excellent performer and created the perfect background music of well known tunes and some alternative hits. He performed in a bustling room for our 10th anniversary celebration. He wasn't too loud, wasn't too quiet and adjusted his various sets to suit our changing schedule throughout the night. Would 100% recommend Matt for anyone who wants an awesome singer for a group of people who love music. Thanks Matt!

Honestly can not write in this review how brilliant Matt was. He sounded good on his videos and I’ll be honest, we took a chance. But he MADE the first few hours of our wedding. The nicest guy with the most brilliant voice, anyone would be lucky to have him at their wedding. He was pound for pound the best investment we made for our wedding! Matt was absolutely fantastic at our wedding, great singer and nice chap. We had him for a 90 minute slot before our DJ, the songs he played were perfect for the vibe of the evening. He even took a request from one of the wedding party.

I hired Matt as a surprise for an hour for my friends Hen Party and he was brilliant! There was only ten of us but within five minutes of playing he had us all up and dancing. Matt was very professional with his correspondence but flexible enough on the evening to accommodate any requests we had. The bride to be turned up fashionably late but he didn't complain or cut his set short. I would definitely recommend him for anybody looking for a musician for any event! Thank you Matt for making it a great night for everybody!

Matt was so accommodating, even at such late notice. He had ideas of what would work best, though insistent that it was our choice! He was super friendly and willing to help out with the room preparations over and above his own apparatus! He could read the room and knew when to take a break and when to get everyone moving. His entertainment made the party! I would highly recommend him!

Matt played at my wife's 50th birthday party at our home on Saturday. She loved it and feedback from all the guests was extremely positive. Had a fantastic day, Matt and Ben were amazing, my daughter who as Autism watches Matt and Ben on YouTube 30 times a day! So to see her face when they turned up was heart warming! Music was brilliant and i couldn't of asked for a better day! They made my our day! Thank you! Xx

Absolutely fantastic! The list of songs he gave us to choose from was extensive and varied in genres. The guests at our wedding were so impressed by Matt's set. He was professional and he created a relaxed and up lifting environment which is exactly what we wanted! And to top it off he created a short video of his time with us at the wedding, which has had many of our family members and friends in tears. Can't thank him or recommend him enough! Thanks Matt!

Matt song choices and delivery were excellent and in keeping with how we wished the day to go ahead. He helped create a very relaxed feel to our tipi wedding whilst people were arriving and having their welcome drinks and canapés. Would highly recommend to others. 10/10. Thanks Matt

Matt and Ben were absolutely incredible at our wedding. Beforehand, the communication was brilliant, Matt was really keen to make sure our music was just what we wanted it to be. Matt has a great understanding of timings and how to make the evening of a wedding flow nicely and he worked hard to make our first dance song perfect. On the day, Matt and Ben were so friendly and seemed to really enjoy giving our guests a fantastic time. Their covers are amazing and the dance floor was full all night. What can I say! Matt was very helpful from start to finish, helped with any questions we had. The music created the perfect atmosphere for the event and everyone was loving what they heard.

If I could give Matt an 11 I would. Couldn't have asked for a better performer for our wedding reception. Matt thought of everything and even brought his indoor speakers incase it rained (thankfully it didnt!) Music was perfect and created a great atmosphere with thoughtful song choices, thanks again, cannot recommend enough! X

Matt was as fantastic as we could have hoped for. It all started with his fantastic communication when we made our initial enquiry, to arriving on time and then getting the party started. He is singing and guitar playing was rather good too ! Matt was so friendly and even hung around with us afterwards once he had completed his 3 sets...so pleased we found him!
