Midnight Sun 5 piece Party Pub and Function Band

It's been a great start to 2026 for us with gigs at some of our favourite venues, The Wheatsheaf Dunstable, The Rose Biggleswade, Russell Park Club Bedford, The Pig n Falcon St Neots, The George Luton, and some private parties. (One just recently, April, read on below and listen to live recordings from it on our track player).

Midnight Sun is made up of very experienced musicians whose mission is to play great songs that audiences will love and react to. Our repertoire is constantly being shaped to give your punters and guests a great time. We are a 5-piece, Lead Vocals, Michael, Drums, Ric, Lead/Rhythm Guitars, Gary and Steve, and Bass, Joe. We bring our own lights, PA and other equipment. We just need a mains socket! Our repertoire is very varied to suit all audiences, and we play at a volume that is comfortable for the audience. We also have full Public Liability Insurance and our equipment is PAT certified.

We had a great first year in 2025, with around 30 venues and gigs played. We are delighted to have been given several repeating gigs at venues this year, and also to have a number of new venues booked for 2026. We are especially pleased to be 90% booked up for 2026. But we do have a few gaps, so please enquire. Also scroll down to our Availability section.

Our next public gig is at The Kings Arms Bedford on April 18th, free admission. This is the first of two gigs there this year. We are at Slip End Social Club, Luton, on April 25th, The Wig and Pen Northampton on May 1st, and The Fish, Northampton on May 15th. We have some video from our last visit to The Rose that we have put up here. It's live, noisy and a bit mad, and not stunning quality, but worth a look we think. Our track player has 9 tracks, all of which are live gig recordings, not studio fiddled. You will hear the audience on those recordings. These tracks are from a single private party this April! We hope you enjoy flicking through them.
