Mike recently sang at a special occasion family party that was held in our garden. He has a brilliant voice and is an excellent performer. He sang a variety of music for all age groups and was able to accommodate requests when asked to keep everyone entertained. The guests loved listening to him sing and were all commenting on his ability. Not only talented, Mike is a really nice person too!

Mike the talented singer-songwriter and musician from the North West of England, has been making waves in the music scene over the past year. Combining late ’70s folk music with alternative rock, blues and jazz influences, his unique sound has captivated audiences and earned him a dedicated following.

Mike is someone who reminds me of a musical comet, in that he regularly drops into our conscious and then seemingly disappears again, having left traces of universal musical magic for us to feast on.

Mike keeps proving why he is a living dynamo in the independent scene, and we get the feeling that the best is yet to come for this young artist.

If the singer-songwriter was born decades ago when folk raconteurs were celebrated in modern culture, there would be few names as revered as Mike.

Saw that guy during my Liverpool visit last weekend (14th April '18) and that guy made my day much more special (I have a Birthday) than anybody apart of my love (LFC). Just walking around the city centre before the match and just hearing how the guitar with mouth-organ started. I immediately stopped and started listening to what would follow it and his voice is so amazing! Wow! The excellent colour of his voice shivers me. Really talented musician!

I've seen Mike play a couple of times and he never disappoints. Love his spontaneity and the way he interacts with his audience playing anything requested.

Mike played for my partners 50th Birthday Party in Chester in December 2022. We had a Marque in the garden - yes a Marquee in the middle of December - crazy I know, but it was fun! Leading up to the Party I listened to a number of artists but as soon as we went over to listen to Mike play 'live' in one of the bars in Liverpool we knew he was just what we were looking for. From the first point of contact with Mike he very much impressed us both with how polite he was with all his communication and he was also so flexible with our requests. He provided his own equipment on the night and played a range of music to suit all guests. Our guests were up and dancing straight away and all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Mike.

He played at my son's wedding at the Adelphi Hotel on Friday 17th August. He was quality. Nothing was enough trouble. Would definitely recommend him.

Mike Composed 14 original songs in a Musical I had written and produced for The Liverpool Fringe Festival in October 2022. Impressed with his work I offered him the position of Musical Director on the show. He again excelled by mentoring the cast through both individual and group songs.
Which earned it Best Original Show at the Fringe Festival.

Mike played at my brother's funeral reception and in the church with songs I selected absolutely amazing voice and presentation, made a sad day somehow joyous with my brother's favourite songs.

A talented musician and singer, he's adaptable to the audience and creates a great atmosphere. Always a pleasure to work with.

In my time as the general manager of The One O’clock Gun, I was able to work with a number of outstanding local musical talents and Mike was by far one of the stand-out performers. My team and I were all in agreement after his first gig that, along with his soothing vocals, his guitar abilities are outstanding and we wanted to have him back ASAP!
Mike soon after became a regular in our weekly line up and his talents seemed to grow each time he played, Mike’s ability to read a room and tailor his sets accordingly was very impressive, as well as this he always had new material to boast where most other performers had a limited and repetitive set list and this is a massive advantage in his industry. To top it all off, Mike’s an extremely friendly, professional and punctual artist who I have kept in touch with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top talent.

Mike performed at my partner's 30th Birthday and I could recommend him enough. His engagement with the guests and his ability to adapt the set to what people were responding to made the night.

Mike is perfect for every occasion, a very versatile and reliable performer who crosses genres with ease. Whether it’s hosting an open mic night or performing for a garden party we know we can trust him to entertain. He always takes requests and is fantastic with all guests.

Had the pleasure of seeing Mike at the Spanish Caravan & was blown away by his talent. Mike is an amazing guitarist with a fabulous voice and the gift to really engage the audience by asking for requests of all genres of music and then fulfilling their requests with his own renditions which didn’t disappoint.
His original music is excellent and I’m hoping for an opportunity to see him play again very soon. He’s a fabulous local talent.

Mike has performed at Lock & Key for a few years and has always been consistently, a very talented musician in and out of the bar. His ability to accommodate for a number of audiences is always fortuitous for us as a hotel/bar with numerous comings and goings. We’ve had the pleasure to get to know Mike throughout the years and the amiable person he is. His talents are always appreciated by us and our guests.

Mike was booked as a special feature performer for the Gala Launch event for Ambassador Ambition Cruise Liner. Mike presented a tremendous solo show in the 'Cavern' lounge entertaining the VIP guests and cruise line executives with a selection of well-known songs in his own unique style.

Mike has been playing with us for a few years now at The Brunch & Cocktail Club in Liverpool, he is always professional and never disappoints. He is a great local talent who is always engaging with the crowd and knows how to play to the room, amazing guitarist and has perfect vocals for a chilled venue! We highly recommend him to everyone!

I asked Mike to play at my wedding and he was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond, providing us and our guests with fabulous music on Friday. Everybody loved him and had a great time.
Mike you made my wedding day. When I walked into that beautifully decorated room and heard you playing Bob Dylan, I’ll never forget that moment. It honestly was one of the highlights of my day.
