Just wanted to drop you a line and say that Noteworthy were a fantastic choice for our reception. The setting on the railway platform along with their choice of pieces were absolutely spot on. So many of our guests commented on how good it was.

I know after speaking to the guys that they enjoyed performing and were hugely grateful for the food and drink too

On a day of great uncertainty about the weather, it was a pleasure to work with band to make sure our garden party had the right musical ambiance. They found just the right feel for the event, playing with very high standards and finding just the right music.

I would be love to hear them again, whether in an informal setting like our party or on stage at a concert hall.

I booked Noteworthy as a jazz duo for my mums surprise 80th birthday party, I was looking for just some gentle background music for friends & family to listen to as they enjoyed their high tea & that is exactly what I got, it added to a great atmosphere and made the party. Noteworthy performed at our corporate event, a royal visit celebrating our companies centenary. Their music hit just the right note lifting everyone's mood. Although there was one hitch in the plans when a band member couldn't make it at the last moment, they resolved in a very professional manner with a reserve member stepping in. Their good communication ensured all went smoothly on the day. 5 stars highly recommended!

Noteworthy played as a trio at our wedding and were fantastic. Great selection of tracks tailored to our taste, played really well, and set the perfect mood. Exactly what we wanted. We booked Noteworthy last minute… literally two days before our wedding for the day and lucky for us they were free. The agency was fantastic helping with the booking and was completely hassle free. The band even had a keyboardist that played my requested entrance piece which was very special to me. We had lots of positive comments from our friends and family. You could definitely see they are very experience by their professionalism. They created relaxed and friendly atmosphere for our wedding. We couldn't have wanted more. So happy to have booked them!

John was a great front man, the band were tight, professional and inventive, the fit in drummer was superb and the style of music was perfect for our Ceilidh/Wake. No hesitation in recommending them for any occasion.

I booked Noteworthy as a Jazz duo with his fellow musician Rob for a Corporate Event in which our most senior executives were present. Their performance created the whole ambiance of the evening and captivated our guest’s right from the beginning to when our last guests left which was long after they were due to finish performing. John’s ability to read the target audience and deliver a mellow and memorable experience to all that attended was awe inspiring and the response from the guests was highly positive. His passion for his music speaks for itself and his professionalism and gentleman like demeanour meant it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. I would not think twice to book him and his fellow musicians for our future events and will be booking again very soon.

A wonderful night, some important guests, an impressive location, but it was John’s music to deliver the true magic touch. John and his band played for us a great collection of Jazz music giving an extra flavour to an already special evening. A perfect harmony of notes, a well balanced band and a very elegant style. Noteworthy have played probably 30+ times in various venues and restaurants I managed. They are a joy to listen to and deal with. Professional throughout and the music is just divine.
