If bringing my own PA...
I will require:
- Space to set up 2x speakers on stands, mic stand and space to perform in. Approx: 2.5x4m space for the best sound quality. Adjustments can be made e.g. speakers not on stands, or one less speaker if space is restricted. The speakers need to be well in front of the microphone to allow for the volume to be turned up high without any feedback.
- Access to electricity.
- A dry stage area with no dampness to ensure electrical safety. In the event of water being on stage or in the stage area I will be unable to perform and would not be able to produce a refund.
-I will need 1 hour to set up the equipment and sound check so the sound produced can be And if booked...please let me know:
-The full venue address and contact information
-The best place to park, whilst unloading and for the duration of the performance - there is a fair bit of equipment to carry in if I bring my own PA.
-The running order of the event, or any specific sound checking times.
I can provide my own PA and disco light.

Performing my Taylor Swift Tribute at Salute at the White Swan in Leeds surrounded by Swifties was a fantastic experience. I could see how much we were all into the music and channelled the Eras Tour. I was singing and dancing with the audience, we were all giving a Tribute to Taylor Swift.
Taylor Swift has been a major influence — not just musically, but in the way she crafts stories through her songs. That inspiration, combined with my natural love of singing, led to the development of my popular Taylor Swift Tribute Act - a fun, high‑energy performance that audiences adore.
-A musical journey rooted in Yorkshire-
My love of performing began early. While studying at Beverley High School, I auditioned for a solo at the school’s Christmas carol concert. Singing in front of a packed Beverley Minster, with an audience of 1,000, at just 12 years old sparked a belief that I could one day perform professionally. That moment set me on a path that would see performances at venues, festivals and events across East Yorkshire and beyond.
I began taking music seriously as a career during my final year at university in Scotland, where I completed a BSc in Cell Biology. While auditioning for The Voice at a pub in Stirling, the venue’s music organiser heard me sing and immediately offered me a weekly paid slot.
The timing was bittersweet — I was due to return home to East Yorkshire after my exams — but the offer gave me the confidence to pursue performing professionally.
Back in Beverley, I threw myself into the local music scene.
I love performing at private events, meeting the guests, listening to their stories and then having a big sing-along.
I normally arrive 1-2 hours before the performance to set up. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 3 x 30 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit me and the audience best.
I am happy to perform outside but require shelter in case of rain. Any dampness is an electrical hazard and I will be unable to perform if the stage area is at all damp. I will not be able to provide a refund. Please ensure there is adequate shelter and access to electricity for the equipment.
The clients are welcome to pick a song from my set list or let me choose the music for them. I will gather demographic data to help me determine which songs guests are more likely to enjoy.

"Rachel performed as Taylor swift for our pride event in July 2025. She was outstanding! Her first 25 mins was acoustic and the second was with backing tracks. She has a great voice and is a great talent. She kept the crowd happy and engaged… even in the pouring down rain. She is very professional and kept in touch with us regularly in the run up to the event. She also arrived in plenty of time for her set. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Rachel again. Thanks for contributing to a wonderful day!"
