Remy is an experienced performer with incredible, soulful vocals adding flare to every performance. Fit for all occasions, he is certain to catch the ear of any listener. Beginning his musical journey in the Summer of 2018, he has already racked up a strong list of musical achievements. From supporting the likes of Rag'N'Boneman and The Specials to gaining BBC Introducing attention and winning multiple local competitions based in his hometown, Nottingham.
After spending a good proportion of his youth working his way through his parents record collections, he is certainly well-versed in the golden years of music! However, it goes without saying he also knows a lot of the more recent hits. Genres including Jazz, Soul, Motown, Disco, Pop, Rock, Country and Singer/Songwriter from the 50s up to present day are all part of his repertoire. Requests are certainly encouraged!

Supporting the Stereophonics at their hometown show at the Principality Stadium was pretty cool! If i'm honest though, I much prefer the more intimate gigs where I can interact with people and get to know them a bit more.
I love old school Soul and RnB. Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Prince, Michael Jackson, Otis Redding... Stevie is probably my favourite and the best song has to be Let The Good Times Roll - Ray Charles.
I started gigging while still at school, playing local pubs and venues, with my parents driving me to shows until I could drive myself. When Covid hit, my focus shifted more towards writing and recording original material.
After Covid, I joined a wedding band and we played around 300 shows over three years, while also studying Contemporary and Popular Music at Newcastle University. During that time, I built myself up on the local circuit, taking on every kind of gig I could.
After graduating, I joined a Simon & Garfunkel tribute act and toured the UK and Ireland for six weeks. Alongside this, I began taking on more solo weddings, corporate events, and private functions. Soon after, I became guitarist for Finn Forster and toured with the Stereophonics for their European, Summer and Winter shows.

Usual set up time is around 25 mins. If you would like Party Lighting this could take an additional 10 minutes or so.
Very happy to play outside but some shade is lovely, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. Weather-wise it would also be nice if it wasn't raining as my equipment isn't waterproof.
My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, I'm very happy to chat through and make sure we find what works best for your event. Typically, one or two learned songs are absolutely fine by me. This excludes First Dances and the Ceremony Package where learning of the songs is included in the fee.
