Saphi usually needs a small space for herself, the PA and her kick drum - this is about 4m x 6m total, and least one plug for her extension cord (ideally 2). Saphi is also happy to use venue equipment and has a combination of audio mixers and connections that are compatible with most sound systems. Saphi solo and duo require only one parking space, while the band will require at least 2.

In my performing and writing, I'm really influenced by 70s music and 70s-inspired music. Telecaster guitars, layered vocals, synths, dreamy fun pop. That's my jam! I love Joni Mitchell, Tracy Chapman, Dolly Parton, Eagles, The Waterboys, Crowded House, Hall & Oates. But more modern I'm also really into the band Jungle, MUNA, Pinegrove, Mac DeMarco, Remi Wolf, Iron & Wine, Chappell Roan, CharlieXCX.
I spend my life listening to music, so I'm afraid I really can't choose one! However, I can assure you I adore music, and if eclectic is your vibe... I'm right there with you!

I started gigging at school when I was about 13 and always performed as a hobby right through to adulthood.
I'm also a drummer and producer, so have always been involved in multiple bands and projects. I grew up near London, moved to the Midlands for several years and then ended up in Wales, so I have a real breadth of experience in different music scenes and meeting lots of people. I think anyone can learn to be a musician, but the real skill is in interacting with people. A gig is only as good as how much people enjoy it!

I've been performing professionally for several years now, and this has been my silver bullet - I live and breathe music, and use that to bring something for everyone. Hundreds of gigs, pubs, weddings, parties, corporate events and conversations later, I can confidently say I go above and beyond for every gig to create a fantastic atmosphere.

I love a venue or festival gig, but I think Birthdays and Weddings are where the most fun is!

Arrival at least 1 hour before, takes 30 mins to setup solo, 45 minutes for Band.
The Live Lounge is 1 hour of music,
The Vibe Shift is up to 2.5 hours of music spread across the afternoon & evening,
Dynamic Duo is up to 2.5 hours (e.g. 1 Acoustic hour, then 2 x 45mins),
The Full Band is 1 hour Acoustic + 2 x 1 hours Full Band.
I am always happy to be flexible and discuss options outside of this!

Yes, as long as there is protection from the weather (e.g. rain cover or shade), or if there is a back-up indoor space in the event of bad weather.

Yes, I am happy to tailor my set to you! Especially for the Live Lounge and Vibe Shift packages, I will try my best to play your favourites.

Yes! If you specify you would like this before hand, if people request a song I know at the gig then I am happy to play it! However, I can't guarantee being able to play every request - I might not have heard the song before, and some songs might not be right for the atmosphere at your wedding.

You can use my PA for things like speeches or announcements from the performance area.
Karaoke or others playing instruments or performing is not permitted.

Yes! I am happy to work with you to build the live setlist and/or have a playlist to play over the speakers in my breaks. However, just like requests I do have to take practicality into account so I am unlikely to be able to learn or play an entire set of brand new songs (I can bet I already know your favourites though!).

Yes! I love to play LGBTQ+ weddings, and have been part of many wonderful inclusive weddings. I also perform at Pride events and work in the community to improve inclusivity in music.

We all know the aim of any party is for everyone to have fun! I play popular music from the 1960s to now, to keep your guests on the dancefloor all night.
With 15 years of playing experience, I have a fantastic collection of songs at my disposal.

I ask for a 20% booking deposit to confirm the date, a 30% instalment 3 months before your wedding day, and the remaining 50% 7 days before your wedding. A full refund will be issued if I am unable to attend in emergency circumstances.
