I honestly could not recommend Thomas enough. I just so happened to stumble across him when I was searching for wedding live acoustic singers. It was important to me to have someone who would sing the love songs of our choice for ceremony etc and who could then bring the vibes at the wedding drinks reception also. He did both so perfectly. We picked quite different songs for ceremony including Edith whiskers & then oasis for departure and he sang them all so beautifully and nailed each one in his own way & version.
All through the conversations from start to finish he was so lovely and willing to take on all our ideas. I wanted up beat for drinks reception and he said he would just go with the vibes of the guests and he smashed that.
We had a garden ceremony with a lot of outdoor drinks, and garden games and he slot it fantastically being outdoors and made it such a wonderful afternoon. It says something when your male guests could not stop dancing and singing along to the music, the guests and Thomas enjoyed it that much he over ran his allocated time and sang right through to our wedding breakfast, which wasn’t planned but very much appreciated and he could see how much fun everybody was having and enjoying every song.
He also worked along side our DJ to sing our first dance song, which was Miles smith stargazing, and he smashed it. Watching videos back I am so happy with how it sounded & how much he got the crowd going, as when you are in the moment it all just sounds like a blur but the videos and my comments from my guests speak for themselves.
I couldn’t recommend him enough. Do not hesitate to book for your wedding, ours would not have been the same without him.

We booked Tom to perform at our wedding from a recommendation by one of our wedding coordinators. He was really good at communicating and keeping us in the loop about everything and was always so happy to help when we reached out to him. We booked Tom for the full day/night and he was a sensational entertainer and singer with such a wide range and genres of songs. Considering we had a small wedding Tom created such a big and happy environment all day. All of my guests have said how amazing he was and were blown away by his vocals. Tom, we cannot thank you enough, you are amazing!!!

What a FANTASTIC (yes I am shouting although all the singing along I did I am surprised I can) show. Tom was energetic and what a voice. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Tom for any Wedding/Party or get together you have. He engages his audience and we the audience feed off his energy. We booked Tom for the full day with his top package that was available and wow he really was amazing! He brought such a good vibe to the wedding and kept the guests entertained for the full event! Any requests on the day were not a problem for him and that made the day even more special when he brought everyone together to do the final dance. 10/10 overall and highly recommend to anyone! I had seen Tom perform a few years at a friends party. We then I asked him to sing at my partners 40th birthday party, he was that brilliant we then asked him to perform at our wedding on the 1st of June 24.
What can I say, absolutely superb. From right at the start when we were organising, to the day. His voice is beyond amazing, and sings a great genre of songs to keep everyone on the dance floor. We will definitely book him again for future parties/events.
We were also lucky enough to have Bobbi-Jo (Toms fiancée) perform as well who’s vocal cords are out of this world and sang our wedding song (power of love by Jennifer rush).

Thank you so much for making the wedding of Josh and Paige so memorable. The songs were so varied and every one was sung with perfection. You took time to make the children feel special and allowed one young man to live his dreams to perform on stage with you! The Performances and the DJ from start to finish was faultless. All our guests have left with amazing memories of the day and that was down to first class entertainment. I highly recommend Tom Powell for any occasion.

Highly recommend. This is the second time I have booked Tom for an event and yet again he was amazing. Astounding in fact. This time we had children at the event and he couldn’t have been more accommodating to their requests.
Tom reads the room, so everyone enjoys themselves. We have even had neighbours stop me to say how much they enjoyed the music and his amazing voice. Thank you for making my party so special. Just have to organise something else to book him again!

How can I praise Tom high enough. We booked him for our daughter Jessicas wedding and she asked him to do a special mix for her first dance with Calum, which was unique and very appropriate to the happy couple. From that moment onwards he had everyone on the dance floor, from young to old. What a great evening. He is an extremely talented singer and I would recommend him highly for any special occasion.

We engaged Tom to provide entertainment for a social evening for about 60 people. There was a wide range of ages although the older generation predominated. He beautifully performed songs of a variety of styles. Within a few minutes of starting, people were up dancing without requiring any encouragement. So, thanks Tom for a wonderful evening.

Tom came to entertain a large group, and we received numerous compliments during the night and the days following about how exceptional he was as an entertainer. People were also impressed with his vocal range! He was flexible and adapted his song choices seamlessly when the dance floor filled up before the meal was served! The French songs and playlist at the end were also a hit, particularly with our large French delegation. We hope to see you again soon!

What can I say ! Wow. I met Tom at the Newcastle Wedding Fair - I loved his personality and voice. He had great communication throughout and has offered advice. On the day he did not disappoint - as a bride you tend to miss most things as your head is in a whirlwind. As I stood at the door ready to enter - I heard Tom and he was literally everything I could ask for and more ! Throughout the day, he kept my guests entertained with a wide selection of songs, it then came to the evening ! I thought the day was good - the evening just blew me away. My husband and I walked into a packed dance floor at the beginning of the night - which is unheard of ! From that point onwards, I never saw the dance floor empty , the atmosphere was amazing - I really can not say how happy I was with Tom. And if you are able to ! the duo that can be booked are equally amazing ! Thank you x

We can not thank Tom enough for the music he provided for our wedding, he had everyone on the dance floor from young to old with all eras of music. He provided us with a mash-up of songs for our first dance and made it really special to us. He even got the groom on the dance floor more than once, which is unheard of. Had Tom at our wedding, what can I say about this Man, absolutely incredible from start to finish. His professionalism through out was amazing . His voice is absolutely unbelievable and was able to sing a huge variety of songs. My guests were simply blown away. He made our wedding so much better. Tom played at my 50th birthday party last night and he was fantastic. He has an amazing voice and is so versatile. He was very accommodating in terms of my playlist requests and learnt new songs for the night. He has a great personality and interacted very well with the crowd. Tom sang at our celebration party, about 100 people aged from 18-75, everybody thought he was excellent, he even did a fabulous Nessun Dorma. If you want a great singer, brilliant entertainer, and above all a thoroughly professional and top guy, Tom is your person.

Tom is an entertainer, a charmer, and a dedicated & talented artist and creative. His perspective is beyond his years, with enormous potential for growth. I can say with absolute confidence that I am not the only creative artist that holds this view. Tom feels absolutely at ease on stage, guitar in hand- this feeds his energy as a performer, and it is impressive. Book him.

We hired Tom for our clients wedding. Communication was key to him and all emails send leading up to and after the wedding had been clearly laid across. On the day he arrived a lot earlier than required, plugged his kit in and was ready to play. The setup was neat and tidy and his music knowledge was fantastic! He interacted with the guests and got them involved in his set with plenty of dancing. Since the wedding we have booked Tom for over 50 events and each one he’s been absolutely brilliant! Our clients love him, we love him and he will continue to be our preferred musician for years to come. Being in charge of wedding planning for a company myself I honestly wouldn’t recommend him if I wasn’t sure he’d impress every single person reading this review!

Thomas is very professional and flexible. His repertoire of songs is vast and can more than accommodate any request given even ones with a tricky rhythm to dance a particular dance.

Tom was punctual with his timings and gave a great performance. With many original versions of well known hits that Tom had 'made his own' to the delight of the guests. Many of our disco song requests were even played live during his sets, an added bonus!! Tom possesses a great range of material and this ensured that there was something to get guests of all ages onto the dance floor at one point or another. All in all Tom gave a superb performance and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of booking his considerable talent.
