The Timbuk Two are an acoustic duo bringing energy, warmth and their own distinctive twist to timeless songs. With acoustic guitar, double bass and close vocal harmonies, Michael and Matthew blend rock ’n’ roll, folk, country and classic pop into an uplifting and memorable live sound.
With many years of combined musical experience, the duo have an extensive track record performing at weddings, private parties, corporate events, pubs and venues across Liverpool and beyond. Their varied repertoire centres around classics from the 1950s and ’60s, alongside plenty of favourites from the ’70s, ’80s and beyond, as well as a strong selection of Irish songs.
Known for their lively connection with audiences, The Timbuk Two combine a versatile repertoire with a professional and friendly approach, bringing warmth, personality and great live music to any occasion.
